懷特海技術教育思想對中職教育的啟示

摘 要：根據中職學生的特點，讓其掌握一項技術服務于社會，有正確的人生觀、價值觀和職業觀，學會生活、提高生活幸福感是中職教育的主要目標。英國教育家懷特海的教育技術思想對中職教育有著重要的借鑒作用，通過分析懷特海的教育技術思想，對中職教育提出轉變傳統觀念，樹立正確的職業教育觀；技術教育與工匠精神相結合；培養懂生活會生活的人；注重教育內容的整合，實現技術、科學與文科知識有機結合的教育啟示，更好地培養為社會主義服務的新時代技術人才。

Insights of Whiteheads Technological Education Ideas for Vocational Education

Abstract：The main goal of vocational education is to equip students with a technical skillset that serves society，and to foster correct life，values，and career perspectives，as well as to improve their sense of happiness.The educational technological ideas of British educator Whitehead have an important guiding role in vocational education.This article analyzes Whiteheads educational technological ideas and proposes insights for vocational education，such as transforming traditional concepts，establishing the correct vocational education perspective，combining technical education with the spirit of craftsmanship，cultivating individuals who understand and can live their lives，emphasizing the integration of educational content，and achieving an organic combination of technical，scientific，and liberal arts knowledge.These insights can better cultivate new era technological talents who serve socialism.

2022年5月1日新版《中華人民共和國職業教育法》指出：職業教育是指為了培養高素質技術技能人才，使受教育者具備從事某種職業或者實現職業發展所需要的職業道德、科學文化與專業知識、技術技能等職業綜合素質和行動能力而實施的教育，包括職業學校教育和職業培訓。英國教育家懷特海在《教育的目的》一書中，開篇指出：“我們的目標是要塑造既有修養又在某個特殊方面有專業知識的人才，他們的專業知識可以給他們進步、騰飛的基礎，而他們所具有的廣泛的文化，使他們既有哲學的深邃，又有藝術般高雅”。懷特海有關“技術教育及其與科學和文學的關系”的教育理念與我們中職的教育目標是相一致的，為中職教育的發展提供了借鑒作用。

一、懷特海的技術教育思想

英國教育家懷特海在《教育的目的》一書的第四章“教育技術及其與科學和文學的關系”中以演講的形式論述了技術教育理念，技術教育與文科教育、科學教育的關系，對當前中職教育有重要的啟示作用。……
