摘 要:目前,高校完整的資助體系已經有效地緩解了貧困大學生的經濟壓力。但是在資助工作中育人作用發揮方面仍然有一些問題比較突出,尤其是對于高職院校,例如貧困大學生感恩意識差,感恩勵志教育缺失,被資助學生的社會責任感不強,“等、靠、要”不良思想蔓延等。同時,受資助的一些學生還會出現一些不同程度的心理問題,忽視了對于他們的精神幫扶。因此,在經濟資助過程中,更要以立德樹人為導向,踐行資助育人的真正使命,實現資助育人的價值追求。

Study on the Implementation of the Educational Mission
in Student Financial Aid in Vocational Colleges

Abstract:Currently,a complete system of financial aid in universities has effectively alleviated the economic pressure on poor students.However,there are still some prominent issues in the implementation of the educational mission in financial aid,especially for vocational colleges.For example,poor university students have a lack of gratitude awareness and inspiration education,and there is a weak sense of social responsibility among the aided students,and the spread of the mindset of “waiting,relying,and demanding”.At the same time,some aided students may experience various psychological problems,and the spiritual support for them is often neglected.Therefore,in the process of financial aid,it is necessary to take the guidance of cultivating people with high moral standards and fulfilling the true educational mission of financial aid,in order to achieve the value pursuit of financial aid for education.

高校大學生資助工作經過多年的發展,已經形成了完整的資助體系,有效地緩解了貧困大學生的經濟壓力,幫助其順利完成高等教育的學習。但是應認識到,資助工作不僅僅是經濟上的幫扶,更要在經濟幫扶的同時對學生進行感恩勵志教育。感恩勵志教育工作的缺失,極有可能會造成高校貧困生精神上的“貧困”。實際表現在困難學生“等、靠、要”思想蔓延,認為有困難國家肯定會給補助,不要白不要,在評助學金的過程中掙搶著要;還有一些學生誠信缺失,不及時償還助學貸款,或者偽造虛假證明材料騙取補助;有的學生從心里覺得“窮”就低人一等,在生活交往中表現出自卑、人際關系關系緊張等現象。這些現象極大地降低了資助工作的成效。因此,高校在對學生經濟資助過程中,一定不能忘記資助育人的真正使命,要切實解決貧困生資助過程中暴露出的問題,從而實現高校資助育人工作的社會價值。……
