摘 要:目前,高校完整的資助體系已經(jīng)有效地緩解了貧困大學(xué)生的經(jīng)濟(jì)壓力。但是在資助工作中育人作用發(fā)揮方面仍然有一些問題比較突出,尤其是對于高職院校,例如貧困大學(xué)生感恩意識差,感恩勵志教育缺失,被資助學(xué)生的社會責(zé)任感不強(qiáng),“等、靠、要”不良思想蔓延等。同時,受資助的一些學(xué)生還會出現(xiàn)一些不同程度的心理問題,忽視了對于他們的精神幫扶。因此,在經(jīng)濟(jì)資助過程中,更要以立德樹人為導(dǎo)向,踐行資助育人的真正使命,實(shí)現(xiàn)資助育人的價值追求。

Study on the Implementation of the Educational Mission
in Student Financial Aid in Vocational Colleges

Abstract:Currently,a complete system of financial aid in universities has effectively alleviated the economic pressure on poor students.However,there are still some prominent issues in the implementation of the educational mission in financial aid,especially for vocational colleges.For example,poor university students have a lack of gratitude awareness and inspiration education,and there is a weak sense of social responsibility among the aided students,and the spread of the mindset of “waiting,relying,and demanding”.At the same time,some aided students may experience various psychological problems,and the spiritual support for them is often neglected.Therefore,in the process of financial aid,it is necessary to take the guidance of cultivating people with high moral standards and fulfilling the true educational mission of financial aid,in order to achieve the value pursuit of financial aid for education.

高校大學(xué)生資助工作經(jīng)過多年的發(fā)展,已經(jīng)形成了完整的資助體系,有效地緩解了貧困大學(xué)生的經(jīng)濟(jì)壓力,幫助其順利完成高等教育的學(xué)習(xí)。但是應(yīng)認(rèn)識到,資助工作不僅僅是經(jīng)濟(jì)上的幫扶,更要在經(jīng)濟(jì)幫扶的同時對學(xué)生進(jìn)行感恩勵志教育。感恩勵志教育工作的缺失,極有可能會造成高校貧困生精神上的“貧困”。實(shí)際表現(xiàn)在困難學(xué)生“等、靠、要”思想蔓延,認(rèn)為有困難國家肯定會給補(bǔ)助,不要白不要,在評助學(xué)金的過程中掙搶著要;還有一些學(xué)生誠信缺失,不及時償還助學(xué)貸款,或者偽造虛假證明材料騙取補(bǔ)助;有的學(xué)生從心里覺得“窮”就低人一等,在生活交往中表現(xiàn)出自卑、人際關(guān)系關(guān)系緊張等現(xiàn)象。這些現(xiàn)象極大地降低了資助工作的成效。因此,高校在對學(xué)生經(jīng)濟(jì)資助過程中,一定不能忘記資助育人的真正使命,要切實(shí)解決貧困生資助過程中暴露出的問題,從而實(shí)現(xiàn)高校資助育人工作的社會價值。……
