摘 要:公益精神是一種崇高的情感關懷和德性品質,是一種公共社會精神,通過將公益精神融入高職學生勞動教育,實現對高職學生群體的“掌握”。在勞動教育中融入公益精神,就是要把公益精神所蘊含的關懷、友愛、同情理念通過勞動教育的形式,促使高職學生入腦、入心并入行。公益精神融入高職院校勞動教育的理論依據,主要是建立在馬克思主義教育與生產勞動相結合理論、人的自由而全面發(fā)展的理論、勞動教育中德性培育的理論三個理論之上的。

ncorporating the Spirit of Public Service into the Labor Education of
Vocational Colleges: A Theoretical Analysis

Abstract:The spirit of public service is a noble emotion and moral quality,as well as a public spirit in society.By incorporating the spirit of public service into the labor education of vocational college students,it is possible to “grasp” the vocational college student group.The goal of integrating the spirit of public service into labor education is to instill the care,love,and sympathy contained in the spirit of public service into the minds and hearts of vocational college students,and to encourage them to put these ideas into practice through labor education.The theoretical basis for incorporating the spirit of public service into labor education in vocational colleges is mainly based on three theories: the combination of Marxist education and production labor theory,the theory of human freedom and comprehensive development,and the theory of moral cultivation in labor education.

馬克思從人類社會發(fā)展的總體趨勢分析了教育與整個社會物質生產的協調共進,將為人的全面發(fā)展而服務以及為社會發(fā)展服務進行相互統(tǒng)一。制度化的學校勞動教育模式和全面實踐的理論依據,可以說是源自教育與生產勞動相結合的理論,既有助于學生個體的各方面的發(fā)展,又有助于打造勞動最光榮的社會風尚,為社會的發(fā)展進步服務。此外,學校勞動教育有利于完善新時代學校育人體系,更能幫助實現立德樹人,培養(yǎng)什么樣的人、用什么培養(yǎng)、為了什么培養(yǎng)的根本目標。
公益精神指公益主體需要懷著關心、友愛和同情的思想狀態(tài),面對需要援助的弱勢群體予以關愛,具有的一種價值觀和人格精神。在高職院校的勞動教育中融入公益精神,就是要把關懷、友愛和同情的價值觀與人格精神通過勞動課程教學方式,引導高職學校學生入腦入心、入實踐。……
