深化國有企業思想政治工作的路徑思考

摘 要：深化國有企業思想政治工作是一項艱巨而又重要的任務，它對企業發展有著不可忽視的作用。在這一背景下加強與提高國企思想政治建設水平成為了當前我國經濟體制創新發展中必須要面對并解決好的重大問題之一，在新形勢下，企業要創新發展，不僅要從技術、方法上入手，還要提升員工的品質能力，包括創新能力、職業道德、個人素養等多個方面。為此，企業要加強黨建思想政治工作，尤其在建黨百年的背景下，要積極開展廉政活動，加強內部反腐工作，通過黨建思想政治工作提升員工的責任意識、政治敏銳度、政治執行力、職業素養，促進企業員工全面發展。國有企業應積極探索出一條適合于中國特色社會主義的政工工作路徑。

Abstract：Deepening ideological and political work in state-owned enterprises is a challenging and important task that plays an essential role in the development of these enterprises.Under this context，enhancing and improving the level of ideological and political construction in state-owned enterprises has become one of the major issues that Chinas economic system must face and solve in its innovative development.In the current situation，enterprises must innovate and develop，not only by starting with technology and methods but also by enhancing the quality and abilities of their employees，including innovation ability，professional ethics，personal accomplishment，and other aspects.Therefore，enterprises need to strengthen their ideological and political work in Party building，especially in the context of the centenary of the founding of the Communist Party of China.Enterprises should actively carry out anti-corruption activities，strengthen internal anti-corruption work，and use Party building ideological and political work to enhance employees sense of responsibility，political sensitivity，political execution，professional accomplishment，and promote comprehensive development of enterprise employees.State-owned enterprises should actively explore a path of ideological and political work that suits the characteristics of socialism with Chinese characteristics.

思想政治工作是國有企業實現科學發展的重要途徑。隨著我國市場經濟體制不斷完善，經濟體制改革進一步深化，企業面臨著更加復雜化、多元化和不確定性等諸多問題。這就要求我們在加強對國企進行管理時需要結合當前形勢來開展管理工作；同時還需積極探索與新時期經濟社會環境相適應的經營模式以及戰略體系建設方式方法；只有這樣才能促進國有企業更好地發展。
