智慧體育場館系統構建與應用

摘 要：通過閱讀前沿科學技術資料文獻，依據政府頒布相關促進體育智慧化建設文件，創新提出構建智慧體育場館系統方案，在物聯網、云計算、大數據和AI（人工智能）等信息技術加持下，利用物聯網系統收集體育場館運行數據，運用云計算和AI算法實現體育場館的自主管理。智慧體育場館系統是包含場館運營和數據統計、場館預訂管理、賽事和課程管理等組成模塊的一體化控制系統，可大幅度提升體育場館科技水平和減少體育場館日常支出，充分發揮體育場館全部效能，保證體育場館整體化建設緊跟時代潮流。

Construction and application of smart sports venue system

Abstract：Based on the materials and documents of cutting-edge science and technology， and according to the governments promulgation of relevant documents to promote the smart construction of sports， the research innovatively proposes the construction of smart stadium system solutions. With the support of information technology such as the Internet of Things， cloud computing， big data and AI， the Internet of Things system is used to collect stadium operation data， the cloud computing and AI algorithms to achieve autonomous management of the stadium. The smart stadium system is an integrated control system that includes components such as stadium operations and data statistics， stadium reservation management， events and course management， which can greatly improve the technology level of the stadium and reduce daily expenditures of the stadium， and give full play to the full efficiency of the stadium， ensuring that the overall construction of the stadium keeps pace with the times.

2018年8月10日國務院辦公廳印發的《體育強國建設綱要》中提出要“運用物聯網、云計算等新信息技術，促進體育場館活動預訂、賽事信息發布、經營服務統計等整合應用，推動智慧健身路徑、智慧健身步道、智慧體育公園建設。鼓勵社會力量建設分布于城鄉社區、商圈、工業園區的智慧健身中心、智慧健身館。依托已有資源，提升智慧化全民健身公共服務能力，實現資源整合、數據共享、互聯互通，加強分析應用[1]”。《綱要》的發布對構建智慧體育場館系統提供了政策支持，利用物聯網、大數據、云計算等新技術提高體育場館的社會服務能力，拓寬體育場館綜合功能，符合新時代背景下體育場館發展需要。2013年11月國家體育總局也發布了《關于加強大型體育場館運營管理改革創新 提高公共服務水平的意見》文件，提出要緩解體育需求快速增長與公共資源不足之間的矛盾，解決體育場館賽后運營效能不佳、服務能力不強、利用水平不高等問題。強調需促進服務信息互聯互通，提高體育場館運營網絡化服務和信息化管理水平[2]。當前體育場館運營存在的主要問題是場館運營水平較低、信息化水平不高、經營管理存在漏洞、人力成本過高等問題。中國體育場館協會副理事長李亞群在接受采訪時表示，國內70%的體育場館是虧損狀態，場館利用率較低，2015年我國體育場館數量在188萬個左右，預計到2025年我國體育場館數量將達到250萬個，全國體育場館面積達到27.8億。當今社會發展日新月益，信息技術革新迅速，人民群眾對于健康體育生活的渴求，要求體育場館必須進行變革，將智慧化體育理念貫穿體育場館從設計、建造，再到運營、管理的生命周期全過程，切實保證我國體育事業又好又快發展。

1 智慧體育場館系統的基本內涵

1.1 智慧體育場館系統的定義

智慧體育場館系統是隨著新興信息技術的快速發展，由“智慧城市”和“智慧校園”等概念衍生而來，是涵蓋大數據、云計算、物聯網等技術的新興詞匯。具體來說，智慧體育場館系統是基于4G/5G或WIFI網絡環境，通過大數據、AI、云計算、物聯網等技術實現場館、用戶和管理者之間的信息交換，利用數據可視化和人工智能等技術對數據進行加工處理，科學預測場館后期人流量趨勢，個性化推薦場館使用需求，最終達到場館的自主決策和運營能力的綜合控制系統。
