腹部超聲在健康體檢中的應用分析

【摘要】 目的：分析腹部超聲檢查在人們健康體檢中的應用價值。方法：對2016年2月-2017年3月在本院進行腹部B超檢查的8000例自愿健康體檢者的體檢結果進行統計分析。結果：8000例受檢者中通過腹部超聲，檢查出疾病的有4812例，檢出率為60.15%。其中脂肪肝、膽囊結石、膽囊息肉、腎結石、腎囊腫的檢出率較高，不同性別的疾病檢出率及患病類型差異有統計學意義（P<0.05）。結論：腹部超聲檢查可以快速準確診斷多種人類疾病，是健康體檢中的重要檢查手段，有利于及早發現疾病并為疾病的治療提供有價值的影像依據。

【Abstract】 Objective：To analysis the application value of abdomen ultrasound in physical examination.Method：During February 2016 to March 2017，8000 voluntary health examination cases in our hospital were selected，and their abdominal ultrasound examination results were analyzed.Result：There were 4812 cases found diseases among 8000 cases examined by abdominal ultrasonography，the detection rate was 60.15%.The detection rate of fatty liver，gallstones，gallbladder polyps，kidney stones and renal cyst were high，disease detection rate and disease types of different gender had significant differences（P<0.05）.Conclusion：Abdominal ultrasound examination can diagnose a variety of human diseases accurately，which is one of important means for physical examination，helpful to find disease early and provide valuable imaging basis for the treatment of diseases.

近年來，隨著人群中各種疾病發生率的增長，人們對于自身及家人的健康問題也愈來愈重視。很多人已經養成了定期健康體檢的良好習慣，意識到“早發現，早治療”的必要性，形成了防患于未然的危機意識[1]。在健康體檢的過程當中，腹部超聲是一種十分常見且有效的檢測方法。超聲檢查具有無創、安全、便捷、準確等優勢，近年來在實質性器官疾病的篩查中扮演著重要角色[2]。超聲檢查是健康體檢中的重要檢測手段，超聲檢查簡單易行、安全性高，可重復檢查，通過觀察內臟器官的病變形態結構及動態變化發現早期病灶，有利于患者及時進行有效治療，并且準確度高[3]。本研究通過統計分析于本院2016年2月-2017年3月的8000例人員健康體檢結果，總結病變的檢出情況，目的在于提高人類疾病防范意識，為人類健康體檢提供可參考的資料。腹部超聲不僅能夠科學合理的評估受檢者的健康狀況，而且還能對患者進行健康教育，提高人們的健康意識，從而降低發病率，進一步提高人們的健康水平。……
