管理學視域下紙塑無菌物品的護理路徑研究

【摘要】 目的：在管理學視域下研究紙塑無菌包的護理路徑。方法：考察2016年1-12月本手術室拆封的1220個紙塑無菌包，按照隨機分組法分成參照組和觀察組，每組各610個。參照組使用精益化護理路徑進行管理，觀察組采用以人為本護理路徑進行管理，觀察紙塑包的污染率，比較手術醫生對使用不同護理路徑的紙塑無菌物品的護理滿意度。結果：觀察組紙塑無菌包的污染率2.22%低于參照組的污染率5.56%（P<0.05），觀察組整體護理滿意度93.03%和參照組護理滿意率91.78%比較差異無統計學意義（P>0.05）。結論：臨床上對紙塑無菌包選擇以人為本的護理路徑方式，能夠更有效降低細菌滋生的概率，保證手術安全。

【Abstract】 Objective：To study the nursing path of paper and plastic aseptic products in the management field.Method：From Janurary 2016 to December 2017，the hospital opened 1220 sterile material paper-plastic packages，according to the random grouping，they were divided into control group and observation group，610 packages in each group.Control group was given the lean nursing pathway for management，observation group adopted people-oriented manage nursing path，the paper-plastic package material pollution rate was observed，the different nursing path paper-plastic sterile nursing satisfaction of the item was compared.Result：The observation group of paper-plastic pollution rate was 2.22% lower than the control group of sterile items pollution rate was 5.56%（P<0.05）.The observation group overall nursing satisfaction was 93.03% and control group was 91.78%，the difference was no statistically significant （P>0.05）.Conclusion：It is possible to reduce the risk of bacteria breeding and ensure the safety of the operation.

紙塑無菌袋作為一種優良的滅菌包裝材料，具有美觀、可透視的特點，同時，經過滅菌處理后保存時間較長[1-8]，在醫院各種滅菌中得到非常多的使用。因此，本院在近年開始采用紙塑對無菌物品進行包裝，包括手術材料、外科器具等，有效地減少了這些物品重復殺菌消毒的次數，降低了醫院物品的損耗，取得了較好的效果。本文針對本科手術室在2016年1-12月使用的紙塑無菌物品進行不同護理路徑管理，觀察紙塑無菌包的污染率和手術醫生使用的護理滿意度，結果報道如下。

1 資料與方法

1.1 一般資料 選取2016年1-12月本院拆封的1220個紙塑無菌包，其中手術材料320個，紗布材料570個，外科器具材料330個。按照隨機分組法，將1220個紙塑無菌包分成參照組和觀察組，每組各610個。其中參照組手術材料紙塑包160個，紗布紙塑包285個，外科器具紙塑包165個；……
