



摘" 要:物流系統(tǒng)規(guī)劃與設(shè)計是物流工程與管理專業(yè)的重要課程,在物流工程與管理專業(yè)的培養(yǎng)方案中占有重要地位。通過DEMATEL-AHP方法建立了由教學(xué)方法、教師素養(yǎng)、教學(xué)內(nèi)容、教學(xué)效果四個維度及14個因素構(gòu)成的物流系統(tǒng)規(guī)劃與設(shè)計課程質(zhì)量影響因素模型,并發(fā)掘影響物流系統(tǒng)規(guī)劃與設(shè)計課程質(zhì)量的關(guān)鍵因素,為物流系統(tǒng)規(guī)劃與設(shè)計課程教學(xué)的改革提出合理化建議。

Abstract: Logistics system planning and design is an important course in logistics engineering and management, playing an important role in the training plan of logistics engineering and management. A logistics system planning and design course quality influencing factor model was established using the DEMATEL-AHP method, consisting of four dimensions: Teaching methods, teacher literacy, teaching content, and teaching effectiveness, as well as 14 factors. The key factors affecting the quality of logistics system planning and design courses were identified, and reasonable suggestions were proposed for the reform of logistics system planning and design course teaching.

" 課程質(zhì)量是保障大學(xué)生獲取專業(yè)知識、專業(yè)技能的重要指標(biāo),也是課程價值的重要體現(xiàn)。物流系統(tǒng)規(guī)劃與設(shè)計課程是物流工程與管理專業(yè)重要的專業(yè)課程,對其課程質(zhì)量的影響因素進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)分析,可為物流系統(tǒng)規(guī)劃與設(shè)計課程制定出有效的教學(xué)計劃并加以實施,能有效提高高校大學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)專業(yè)知識和技能的能力[1]。
" 物流系統(tǒng)規(guī)劃與設(shè)計課程作為物流工程與管理專業(yè)的必修課程,具有很強的理論性和實踐性[2]。其培養(yǎng)目標(biāo)在于使學(xué)生掌握解決復(fù)雜物流系統(tǒng)問題的理論及方法,自主利用系統(tǒng)的觀點分析和解決現(xiàn)實的物流問題[3]。物流規(guī)劃與設(shè)計涉及到物流系統(tǒng)中的多個環(huán)節(jié)和崗位,其思維方法是物流工程與管理專業(yè)后續(xù)課程的基礎(chǔ),其相關(guān)技術(shù)方法在后續(xù)課程中更是發(fā)揮重要的作用[4]。但是,傳統(tǒng)教學(xué)方式逐漸不能滿足現(xiàn)代教育的需求[5],現(xiàn)階段物流系統(tǒng)規(guī)劃與設(shè)計教學(xué)過程中存在不少問題,教學(xué)效率低下、學(xué)生參與度不高,同時,教學(xué)過程中過分注重理論教學(xué),教學(xué)內(nèi)容中缺少實踐教學(xué)環(huán)節(jié),缺乏與不同專業(yè)知識的關(guān)聯(lián)[6]。……
