蘭州市物流產業集聚現狀及影響因素研究

摘" 要：相關研究表明，經濟發達地區的物流產業集聚能夠完善區域內的經濟體系和網絡化市場體系，整合商業和物流資源，盤活傳統貨物交易、流通加工等物流服務，成為城市發展、制造業繁榮的重要支撐點。蘭州市是我國西北內陸中心城市，其物流業和制造業雖然薄弱，但有一定的發展。文章以物流產業集群發展為研究對象，首先通過區位熵法從產業的角度測量蘭州市的物流產業集聚程度，然后應用冷熱點可視化的分析方法從物流企業空間位置分布的角度分析蘭州市物流產業集群現狀，并通過負二項回歸法識別影響蘭州市物流產業集聚的影響因素。

Abstract： Related studies have shown that logistics industry agglomeration in economically developed regions can improve the economic system and networked market system within the region， integrate commercial and logistics resources， activate traditional logistics services such as goods trading and circulation processing， and become an important support point for urban development and manufacturing prosperity. Lanzhou City is a central inland city in northwest China. Although its logistics and manufacturing industries are weak， they have made some progress. This article takes the development of logistics industry clusters as the research object. Firstly， the location entropy method is used to measure the degree of logistics industry agglomeration in Lanzhou City from an industrial perspective. Then， the cold and hot spot visualization analysis method is applied to analyze the current situation of logistics industry clusters in Lanzhou City from the perspective of spatial distribution of logistics enterprises. The negative binomial regression method is used to identify the influencing factors of logistics industry agglomeration in Lanzhou City.

" 物流集聚是地理上各種物流活動的集中，是物流領域中產業集聚的一種表現形式，是指在特定地理區域內與物流相關的活動的集聚，產業之間的緊密聯系，形成了一個完整的物流產業鏈，包括運輸、倉儲、配送、裝卸等各個環節。物流產業集聚可以為企業的生產經營提供良好的外部環境。例如，物流園區、物流中心、配送中心等，在很大程度上能為企業提供方便的物流基礎設施，使企業的生產經營活動更加專業化、精細化，提高企業整體效率。物流產業集聚可以促進企業間的信息交流和合作，促進企業間的協同合作，提高整體競爭力，有利于資源的優化配置，促進物流行業的發展和提高。……
