摘 要:當前,城市工業建筑存在主動通風能耗較大、通風效果差的問題。本文選取陜西省西安市灞橋收費站的空氣情況作為研究對象,參考智能空氣調節技術,通過分析大量實測數據并建立數學模型,得出行之有效的節能減排方案。交通建筑行業每年能源支出頗多,其工業配套建筑的節能減排勢在必行。灞橋收費站作為陜西省第一座大型單體建筑收費站,其存在的許多問題往往極具代表性,因此分析建模得出的結論也具有代表性。筆者著重研究了灞橋收費站的空氣環境條件(溫度、濕度)和能源損耗,探索如何利用自然風能,提高能源利用效率。

Abstract:?At present,?urban?industrial?buildings?have?the?problems?of?large?active?energy?consumption?and?poor?ventilation.?This?paper?selected?the?air?condition?of?Baqiao?Toll?Station?in?Xi'an,?Shaanxi?Province?as?the?research?object,with?reference?to?intelligent?air?conditioning?technology,?by?analyzing?a?large?number?of?measured?data?and?establishing?a?mathematical?model,?came?up?with?an?effective?energy?saving?and?emission?reduction?program.The?transportation?and?construction?industry?has?a?lot?of?energy?expenditure?every?year,?and?energy-saving?and?emission?reduction?of?its?industrial?supporting?buildings?is?imperative.?As?the?first?large-scale?single?building?toll?station?in?Shaanxi?Province,?the?Baqiao?Toll?Station?is?often?representative?of?many?problems,?so?the?conclusions?drawn?from?the?analysis?and?modeling?are?also?representative.?The?author?focused?on?the?air?environment?conditions?(temperature,?humidity)?and?energy?loss?of?the?Baqiao?toll?station,?and?explored?how?to?use?natural?wind?energy?to?improve?energy?efficiency.

長期以來,建筑行業從業者存在對“技術至上”觀點的片面認識,所以許多建筑物單純強調依靠高科技手段或設施來達到某些功能要求。此舉雖然達到了直接要求,但也帶來了許多負面影響。以空調為例,不可否認,空調在現代建筑供暖通風中成效顯著,但同時也造成了巨大的能源浪費。《綠色建筑評價標準》(GB/T?50378—2019)對綠色建筑的定義是:在建筑的全壽命周期內,最大限度地節約資源,包括節能、節地、節水、節材等,保護環境和減少污染,為人們提供健康、舒適和高效的使用空間,與自然和諧共生的建筑物。隨著近年來國際能源開采技術難度日趨增大,能源價格也日益高漲。
作為開源節流的一個方面,被動通風式建筑在炎熱季節可以節省巨額空調運行管理費,這種優勢也越來越被人們看重。……
