[摘 要]在經濟全球化背景下,培養具有專業知識和國際化視野的人才成為當前我國高等教育發展的新方向,全英語教學也被引入國內普通高校供應鏈管理課程教學。全英語教學對師資隊伍提出了新的要求,同時全球化也對供應鏈管理課程的教學內容產生影響,因此有必要進行教學改革以適應全球供應鏈管理實踐。圍繞師資隊伍建設、教學內容改革兩個方面,探索供應鏈管理課程的全英語教學的有效途徑。

Abstract: Under the background of economic globalization, cultivating talents with professional knowledge and international vision has become a new direction of the development of higher education in China. English teaching has also been introduced into the teaching of supply chain management in domestic colleges and universities. All-English teaching has put forward new requirements for the teachers. Meanwhile, the globalization also has an impact on the teaching content of supply chain management course. Therefore, it is necessary to carry out teaching reform to adapt to the practice of global supply chain management. This paper focuses on the construction of teaching staff and the reform of teaching content, and explores the effective ways of teaching supply chain management course in English.

一、引言
隨著全球經濟一體化進程加快,我國制造企業已深度融入全球供應鏈,我國在全球經濟發展中的地位也日益凸顯[1],與此同時,經濟全球化也催生了對國際化人才的大量需求,培養具有專業知識和國際化視野的人才成為我國當前高等教育發展的新方向[2][3]。在此背景下,上海海關學院重視國際化人才的培養,在海關管理專業設置了國際事務研究方向,其中供應鏈管理(全英)課程是該方向學生的必修專業課程。供應鏈管理強調供應鏈條中從原材料的采購、生產制造、分銷直到消費者手中各節點企業的資源整合、協調與共享,提高產品市場競爭力及用戶滿意度、降低成本、快速響應客戶[4]。……
