論新時期中國共產黨的政治建設

摘 要： 旗幟鮮明講政治是我們黨自成立以來就一貫強調和重視的。講政治的最終落腳點是統一全體黨員和領導干部的思想，匯集全黨的智慧和力量，從而實現黨在各個歷史階段的目標和任務。十九大報告提出要加強黨的政治建設，這是因為政治建設決定黨的建設的方向，政治建設的成效決定黨的建設的成效。全體黨員和領導干部一定要時刻牢記政治紀律和政治規矩，要有高度的政治敏感性，謹言慎行。十八大以來，我們黨針對如何加強政治建設提出了一系列重大舉措，取得了顯著效果，積累了豐富經驗。

Abstract： It is a good tradition of our Party to take a clear-cut stand to stress political awareness. The purpose of stress political awareness is to unify the will of the whole party， to condense the whole Partys strength， and to work together for the realization of the partys programme and goals. The partys political construction is the fundamental building of the Party， decided to build the Partys direction and effect， the whole Party must firmly carry out the Partys political line， strictly abide by the political discipline and political rules， keep with the central position in the political， political orientation， political principle， political road to a height. Since the 18th National Congress of CPC， the Communist Party of China has put forward a series of new measures to strengthen the political construction， and has achieved remarkable results and valuable experience.

旗幟鮮明講政治是我們黨自成立以來就一貫強調和重視的。講政治的最終落腳點是統一全體黨員和領導干部的思想，匯集全黨的智慧和力量，從而實現黨在各個歷史階段的目標和任務。毛澤東同志提出：“政治工作是一切經濟工作的生命線。”[1] 鄧小平同志一再告誡領導干部要講政治，反復強調不管“到什么時候都得講政治”。[2] 江澤民同志也指出：黨的思想政治工作是經濟工作和其他一切工作的生命線。[3] 十九大報告指出：“要把黨的政治建設擺在首位”[4]。 這是因為黨的政治建設統領黨的建設的其他方面，黨的政治建設決定黨的建設的方向，政治建設的成效決定黨的建設的成效。全體黨員和領導干部一定要時刻牢記政治紀律和政治規矩，要有高度的政治敏感性，謹言慎行。……
