醫師專業精神自評工具研究

〔摘要〕目的 綜合梳理國內外關于醫師專業精神概念內涵的界定以及醫師專業精神的核心要素，在多輪次專家咨詢的基礎上結合中國醫療實情，研制醫師專業精神自評工具。方法 利用某省份128所各級醫療機構有效醫師調查數據1 626份，開發了醫師專業精神測評量表。結果 醫師專業精神量表由以患者為中心、正直和責任感、利他、公平公正分配有限資源、追求卓越5個因子組成，經檢驗，量表具有良好的信效度。結論 醫師專業精神自評工具為實踐中醫師專業精神的培育、考核、評價提供了有效手段，具有一定的可推廣性。

Research on the self-assessment tool for medical professionalism

Abstract： Objective：To develop a self-assessment tool for medical professionalism （MP）， by comprehensively combing domestic and international definitions of the concept of MP and the core elements of MP， and based on several rounds of expert consultation and China’s medical realities.Methods：An assessment scale of MP was developed using 1，626 valid physician survey data from 128 medical institutions of all levels in one province.Results：The scale of MP consisted of five factors， including patient-centered， integrity and sense of responsibility， altruism， fair and equitable distribution of limited resources， and pursuit of excellence. After testing， the scale has good reliability and validity. Conclusion：The self-evaluation tool of MP provides an effective means for fostering， assessing， and evaluating MP in practice， and has a certain degree of generalizability.

醫師專業精神作為醫師行為的原生動力，其發展的狀態、水平的高低直接影響著醫師行為的高低優劣，進而影響著醫療服務質量的高低優劣。醫師個體、醫療機構、醫療管理部門、社會公眾、患者等不同的利益主體都希望醫師在行為中展現高度的醫師專業精神，醫師專業精神的評價是醫療實踐中規范醫師行為的關鍵。有效的評價對于教育者、醫療管理者、決策者都有著重要的指導意義。醫師專業精神專業評價是為了確定醫師是否擁有醫學專業所要求的核心能力，通過反饋推動進步。……
