




摘 要:隨著鄉(xiāng)村振興戰(zhàn)略的實(shí)施,農(nóng)產(chǎn)品的種植技術(shù)不斷發(fā)展,生產(chǎn)能力不斷提高,但傳統(tǒng)的農(nóng)產(chǎn)品加工方式滯后,造成農(nóng)產(chǎn)品出路少、附加價(jià)值低、農(nóng)民增產(chǎn)不增收,不能滿足現(xiàn)代農(nóng)業(yè)的發(fā)展需求。文章以發(fā)展蘭州七里河區(qū)百合深加工產(chǎn)業(yè)為出發(fā)點(diǎn),首先構(gòu)建了百合深加工廠的選址模型,其次用實(shí)證研究的方法驗(yàn)證了模型的有效型和實(shí)用性。在實(shí)證研究中,以七里河區(qū)西湖街道百合深加工廠選址為例,應(yīng)用集合覆蓋模型對(duì)百合深加工廠進(jìn)行初步選址,確定了兩個(gè)候選位置,并且采用模糊綜合評(píng)價(jià)法對(duì)選址方案進(jìn)行評(píng)價(jià),最終確定蘭州百合深加工廠的最終位置。

Research on Site Selection Problem Based on Set Coverage Model and Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation Method

Abstract: With the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy, the planting technology of agricultural products continues to develop and the production capacity continues to improve, but the traditional processing methods of agricultural products lag behind, resulting in fewer outlets for agricultural products, low added value, peasants not increasing their incomes when they increse their output, which cannot meet the development needs of modern agriculture. Taking the development of Baihe deep processing industry in Qilihe District of Lanzhou as the starting point, this paper firstly constructs the site selection model of Baihe deep processing plant, and then verifies the effectiveness and practicability of the model by means of empirical research. In the empirical study, taking the site selection of Baihe processing plant in Xihu Street, Qilihe District as an example, Set Coverage Model was applied to the initial site selection of Baihe processing plant, two candidate locations were identified, and the location selection scheme was evaluated by fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, and the final location of Lanzhou Baihe processing plant was finally determined.

0 引 言
近年來,受農(nóng)業(yè)生產(chǎn)成本上漲、農(nóng)產(chǎn)品價(jià)格下行等因素影響,農(nóng)民增收難度加大,在農(nóng)業(yè)農(nóng)村優(yōu)先發(fā)展、實(shí)施鄉(xiāng)村振興戰(zhàn)略下,農(nóng)產(chǎn)品加工轉(zhuǎn)型升級(jí)向精深加工發(fā)展勢(shì)在必行。2022年中央一號(hào)文件明確指出,支持農(nóng)業(yè)大區(qū)聚焦農(nóng)產(chǎn)品加工業(yè),推動(dòng)現(xiàn)代農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)園建設(shè),培育優(yōu)勢(shì)特色產(chǎn)業(yè)集群。蘭州七里河區(qū)是蘭州百合種植基地,蘭州七里河區(qū)要充分發(fā)揮農(nóng)產(chǎn)品優(yōu)勢(shì)資源,結(jié)合優(yōu)良生態(tài)環(huán)境,加快蘭州百合產(chǎn)業(yè)深加工體系建設(shè),這是助力鄉(xiāng)村振興的重要舉措。本文提出在社區(qū)打造百合深加工廠的構(gòu)想,目的在于利用終端零售的優(yōu)勢(shì)資源,將百合深加工產(chǎn)品快速推向市場(chǎng),滿足多樣化需求,擴(kuò)大蘭州百合深加工產(chǎn)品銷售覆蓋面。……
