












摘 要:在綠色冷鏈物流高質(zhì)量發(fā)展背景下,構(gòu)建以成本最小化與顧客滿意度最大化的雙目標(biāo)綠色冷鏈物流車輛運(yùn)輸優(yōu)化模型具有重要的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。文章探討了變鄰域搜索算法(VNS)與多目標(biāo)遺傳算法二代(NSGA-Ⅱ)結(jié)合的VNS-NSGA-Ⅱ算法,通過組合策略優(yōu)化雙目標(biāo)模型求解方法。最后,借助Solomon算例集和蘇寧小店的實(shí)際數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行算例對比、仿真求解與靈敏度分析,佐證了VNS-NSGA-Ⅱ算法更具靈活性和收斂性,可以提高搜索效率,趨近于全局最優(yōu)性,有助于解決綠色冷鏈車輛路徑優(yōu)化問題,為綠色冷鏈運(yùn)輸企業(yè)的可持續(xù)發(fā)展提供了方法論。

Dual-Objective Green Cold Chain Transportation Path Optimization Based on VNS-NSGA-Ⅱ

Abstract: Under the background of high-quality development of green cold chain logistics, it is of great practical significance to construct a dual-objective green cold chain logistics vehicle transportation optimization model which minimizes cost and maximizes customer satisfaction. In this paper, the VNS-NSGA-Ⅱ algorithm, which combines variable neighborhood search algorithm (VNS) and non-dominated sorting genetic algorithm II (NSGA-Ⅱ), is discussed to optimize the solution method of two-objective model by combining strategy. Finally, the comparison, simulation solution and sensitivity analysis of Solomon example set and the actual data of Suning Small Store are used to prove that the VNS-NSGA-Ⅱ algorithm is more flexible and convergent, which can improve the search efficiency and approach the global optimization, and is helpful to solve the routing optimization problem of green cold chain vehicles. It provides a methodology for the sustainable development of green cold chain transportation enterprises.

0 引 言
我國居民生活需求從低質(zhì)量生存需求向高質(zhì)量生活需求轉(zhuǎn)變,對冷鏈運(yùn)輸產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量要求與服務(wù)水平要求更高,尤其是經(jīng)濟(jì)下行時(shí)期,消費(fèi)者更加關(guān)注冷鏈產(chǎn)品采購的便利性與高質(zhì)量性。同時(shí),國家也在不斷推動(dòng)冷鏈物流的高質(zhì)量發(fā)展:《2022年冷鏈物流政策盤點(diǎn)分析》[1]《“十四五”冷鏈物流發(fā)展規(guī)劃》[2]與《2030年前碳達(dá)峰行動(dòng)方案》[3]均明確提出,冷鏈運(yùn)輸企業(yè)必須優(yōu)化運(yùn)輸網(wǎng)絡(luò),加快冷鏈物流配送體系建設(shè),最大限度地降本增效,創(chuàng)新綠色低碳、集約高效的配送模式,實(shí)現(xiàn)冷鏈物流運(yùn)輸?shù)母哔|(zhì)量發(fā)展。……
