












摘 要:在綠色冷鏈物流高質量發展背景下,構建以成本最小化與顧客滿意度最大化的雙目標綠色冷鏈物流車輛運輸優化模型具有重要的現實意義。文章探討了變鄰域搜索算法(VNS)與多目標遺傳算法二代(NSGA-Ⅱ)結合的VNS-NSGA-Ⅱ算法,通過組合策略優化雙目標模型求解方法。最后,借助Solomon算例集和蘇寧小店的實際數據進行算例對比、仿真求解與靈敏度分析,佐證了VNS-NSGA-Ⅱ算法更具靈活性和收斂性,可以提高搜索效率,趨近于全局最優性,有助于解決綠色冷鏈車輛路徑優化問題,為綠色冷鏈運輸企業的可持續發展提供了方法論。

Dual-Objective Green Cold Chain Transportation Path Optimization Based on VNS-NSGA-Ⅱ

Abstract: Under the background of high-quality development of green cold chain logistics, it is of great practical significance to construct a dual-objective green cold chain logistics vehicle transportation optimization model which minimizes cost and maximizes customer satisfaction. In this paper, the VNS-NSGA-Ⅱ algorithm, which combines variable neighborhood search algorithm (VNS) and non-dominated sorting genetic algorithm II (NSGA-Ⅱ), is discussed to optimize the solution method of two-objective model by combining strategy. Finally, the comparison, simulation solution and sensitivity analysis of Solomon example set and the actual data of Suning Small Store are used to prove that the VNS-NSGA-Ⅱ algorithm is more flexible and convergent, which can improve the search efficiency and approach the global optimization, and is helpful to solve the routing optimization problem of green cold chain vehicles. It provides a methodology for the sustainable development of green cold chain transportation enterprises.

0 引 言
我國居民生活需求從低質量生存需求向高質量生活需求轉變,對冷鏈運輸產品質量要求與服務水平要求更高,尤其是經濟下行時期,消費者更加關注冷鏈產品采購的便利性與高質量性。同時,國家也在不斷推動冷鏈物流的高質量發展:《2022年冷鏈物流政策盤點分析》[1]《“十四五”冷鏈物流發展規劃》[2]與《2030年前碳達峰行動方案》[3]均明確提出,冷鏈運輸企業必須優化運輸網絡,加快冷鏈物流配送體系建設,最大限度地降本增效,創新綠色低碳、集約高效的配送模式,實現冷鏈物流運輸的高質量發展。……
