









摘 要:數(shù)字技術(shù)賦能供應(yīng)鏈管理并推動(dòng)企業(yè)應(yīng)用已成為大勢(shì)所趨,供應(yīng)鏈數(shù)字化轉(zhuǎn)型已成為提升企業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力,帶動(dòng)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的重要途徑。文章以2018—2022年A股上市的跨境電商企業(yè)數(shù)據(jù)為例,研究了供應(yīng)鏈數(shù)字化對(duì)企業(yè)績(jī)效的影響。結(jié)果表明,供應(yīng)鏈數(shù)字化的發(fā)展可以顯著促進(jìn)企業(yè)績(jī)效的提升,且創(chuàng)新能力起到了中介作用。同時(shí),政府補(bǔ)助在供應(yīng)鏈數(shù)字化對(duì)企業(yè)績(jī)效影響中起到了正向調(diào)節(jié)作用。異質(zhì)性分析結(jié)果表明,供應(yīng)鏈數(shù)字化對(duì)非國(guó)有企業(yè)、中小型企業(yè)和處于東部地區(qū)企業(yè)的績(jī)效驅(qū)動(dòng)作用更顯著。進(jìn)一步檢驗(yàn),物流數(shù)字化和信息流數(shù)字化對(duì)企業(yè)績(jī)效的促進(jìn)作用更加顯著。研究結(jié)論對(duì)促進(jìn)跨境電商企業(yè)數(shù)字化供應(yīng)鏈體系建設(shè)提供理論支撐,更對(duì)推動(dòng)企業(yè)績(jī)效提升具有重要的政策啟示。

Supply Chain Digitization and Enterprise Performance ——Taking Cross-Border E-Commerce Enterprises as an Example

Abstract: Digital technology empowers supply chain management and promotes enterprise application has become a general trend, and supply chain digital transformation has become an important way to improve enterprise competitiveness and drive economic development. This paper investigates the impact of supply chain digitalization on enterprise performance with data from A-share listed cross-border e-commerce enterprises from 2018—2022. The results show that the development of supply chain digitization can significantly promote the improvement of enterprise performance, and innovation ability plays a mediating role. Meanwhile, government subsidies play a positive moderating role in the impact of supply chain digitalization on enterprise performance. The results of heterogeneity analysis indicate that supply chain digitization drives the performance of non-state-owned enterprises, small and medium-sized enterprises, and enterprises in the eastern region more significantly. Further tests show that logistics digitization and information flow digitization contribute more significantly to enterprise performance. The findings of the study provide theoretical support for promoting the digital supply chain system of cross-border e-commerce enterprises, and have more important policy implications for promoting enterprise performance.

0 引 言
隨著數(shù)字經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展以及我國(guó)對(duì)外開(kāi)放程度的不斷提高,我國(guó)國(guó)際貿(mào)易和國(guó)際投資總量實(shí)現(xiàn)了跨越性增長(zhǎng),近年來(lái),跨境電商逐漸成為我國(guó)對(duì)外經(jīng)貿(mào)合作的亮點(diǎn)。我國(guó)高度重視跨境電商的發(fā)展,截止目前,我國(guó)已批準(zhǔn)設(shè)立165個(gè)跨境電商綜合試驗(yàn)區(qū),不斷推動(dòng)國(guó)際貿(mào)易新業(yè)態(tài)模式的發(fā)展。在此背景下,跨境電商企業(yè)逐步成為全球貿(mào)易中的重要參與者,企業(yè)通過(guò)在線(xiàn)平臺(tái)將商品或服務(wù)推向全球市場(chǎng),并通過(guò)供應(yīng)鏈網(wǎng)絡(luò)實(shí)現(xiàn)產(chǎn)品的流通與交付,并在更加廣泛的地區(qū)搜尋合作伙伴,推動(dòng)企業(yè)發(fā)展[1]。……
