



摘" 要:優化行業科技資源配置是推動物流業科技創新的關鍵,是其走現代化轉型的必經之路。文章以區域物流生態系統作為研究對象,將科技資源配置效率作為外生變量來緩解種群內競爭強度,改進了傳統的Lotka-Volterra模型。借助該模型推導了物流種群間競爭關系的四種約束條件以及產生的對應競爭態勢,以不同物流種群競爭共存為目標,根據推導的約束條件,通過MATLAB軟件進行了仿真計算。結果表明,在滿足約束條件的基礎上,物流種群間競爭的共存會產生兩種不同結果。據此,建議政府可以將科技資源配置效率作為抓手來進一步推動“賽馬”機制在生態物流行業中的應用。

Abstract: Optimizing the allocation of scientific and technological resources in the logistics industry is a key to promoting its innovation and also a necessary way of its modernization transformation. In this paper, the traditional Lotka-Volterra model is improved by taking the allocation efficiency of scientific and technological resources as an exogenous variable to alleviate the intensity of category competition. With the help of this model, the four constraints of the competitive relationship between logistics populations and the corresponding competitive situation are deduced. Aiming at the competitive coexistence of different logistics populations, the simulation calculation is carried out by MATLAB software according to the deduced constraints. The results show that, on the basis of meeting the constraints, the coexistence of competition among logistics populations will produce two different results. Therefore, it is suggested that the government can take the allocation efficiency of scientific and technological resources as a means to further advance the application of \"horse racing\" mechanism in the ecological logistics industry.
