美育浸潤高等職業教育新路徑探討

摘 要 在高職教育中，學生不僅要掌握專業技能，還要具備良好的人文素養和審美能力。隨著社會對高素質技能人才需求的日益增長，迫切需要構造美育浸潤高等職業教育的新路徑。文章從美育浸潤的基本內涵、總體要求出發，對做好新時代美育浸潤新途徑進行探討，提出了創新美育浸潤的內容和形式，提高美育浸潤質效的系列方法，對于加強美育浸潤，落實立德樹人根本任務具有一定的借鑒意義。

Exploring the New Path of Integrating Aesthetic Education into

Higher Vocational Education

Abstract In vocational education， students not only need to master professional skills， but also possess good humanistic literacy and aesthetic ability. With the increasing demand for high-quality skilled talents in society， there is an urgent need to construct a new path for integrating aesthetic education into higher vocational education. Starting from the basic connotation and overall requirements of aesthetic education infiltration， this article explores new ways to do a good job in aesthetic education infiltration in the new era， proposes innovative content and forms of aesthetic education infiltration， and proposes a series of methods to improve the quality and effectiveness of aesthetic education infiltration. It has certain reference significance for strengthening aesthetic education infiltration and implementing the fundamental task of moral education and talent cultivation.

2023年12月，教育部印發的《關于全面實施學校美育浸潤行動的通知》，對學校美育浸潤工作進行了系統設計、統籌推進。在新時代，高等職業教育在培養技術技能人才的同時，也越來越注重學生綜合素質的培養。美育作為提升學生審美和人文素養的重要途徑，在高等職業教育中扮演著越來越重要的角色。本文將探討美育在高等職業教育中的新路徑，以期為高等職業教育的發展提供新的思路和方法。

1" 美育浸潤的基本內涵

1.1" 基本含義

所謂浸潤，是浸染熏陶、逐漸滲透、積久而發生作用的意思。美育浸潤就是教育部提出的：“將美育融入教育教學活動各環節，潛移默化地彰顯育人實效，實現提升審美素養、陶冶情操、溫潤心靈、激發創新創造活力的功能，培養德智體美勞全面發展的社會主義建設者和接班人。”高等職業院校美育浸潤的內涵，包含四層意思：浸潤的內容是美育，就是用美育來培育師生發現美、鑒賞美、創造美，提高審美能力；……
