[摘 要]為貫徹落實黨的十九大精神,深化產教融合、高等教育改革,全面提升人才培養質量,發揮企業重要主體作用,促進人才培養供給側和產業需求側結構要素全方位融合,以招投標與合同管理課程為例,探討基于“工作任務”的校企合作開發課程建設思路、建設內容及實踐步驟,進一步推動開放式辦學,創新大學組織模式,構建優勢互補、項目共建、成果共享、利益共贏的人才培養共同體。

Abstract: the curriculum of cooperation and development between school and enterprise is an important part of the course construction, and it is an important grasp of the transformation of the university to the application type. School enterprise cooperation development course based on “work task” has become an important part of curriculum construction research and exploration in the context of new engineering. In this paper, bidding and contract management course as an example, based on the “task” of the school enterprise cooperation in the development of curriculum construction ideas, construction contents and practical steps to further promote open education model innovation of University, cultivating community advantages, the project to build, results sharing, benefits and win-win talent.

一、引言
建筑行業發展面臨著空前的機遇和挑戰。在國家“一帶一路”政策的落地中,新技術創新帶來的產業革命驅使下,行業對應用技術人才的需求激增。然而從業人員結構分布不均、應用技術型人才短缺、供需不平衡等問題,嚴重制約了建筑行業的可持續發展與國家戰略規劃、地方經濟發展的落實。深化產教融合,促進教育鏈、人才鏈與產業鏈、創新鏈有機銜接,是當前推進人力資源供給側結構性改革的迫切要求,對新形勢下全面提高教育質量、擴大就業創業、推進經濟轉型升級、培育經濟發展新動能具有重要意義。以“工作任務”為載體的校企合作開發課程,是深化產教融合以及高校轉型發展過程中課程建設研究和探索的重要內容。通過校企合作開發課程,進一步提高學生的實踐能力與創新能力,只有將校企合作深入有效地推進,學校才能真正培養出適應社會發展的應用技術型人才。……
