[摘 要]在對“互聯網+”的發展應用中,政府扮演著重要角色,給予大學生群體創業一系列的政策扶持,但這些優惠政策無法充分落實到實際操作當中,因為它們附帶的條件過于繁雜,有些還需要繁瑣的流程,除去時間和人工成本,政策真正帶給大學生“互聯網 +”創業的優惠力度并不大。在“互聯網+”時代的大背景下,我國高校要對新的教育觀念及時了解,強化學校硬件實施,逐漸采用智慧課堂教學方法,引進高質量教師,引導學生積極參與,從而實現“互聯網+”與高校課程教育工作的協調發展與進步。

Abstract: In the development of the “Internet +” application, the government plays an important role in giving college students a series of policy support for entrepreneurship, but these preferential policies can not be fully implemented in practice, because they come with too complicated conditions, some also need cumbersome process, in addition to time and labor costs, the policy really brings to college students“ Internet +” entrepreneurial incentives are not great. Finally, under the background of the “Internet +” era, colleges and universities in china should keep a breast of new educational concepts, strengthen the implementation of school hardware, gradually adopt intelligent classroom teaching methods, introduce high-quality teachers and guide students to participate actively, so as to achieve the coordinated development and progress of “Internet +” and university curriculum education.

隨著互聯網技術的迅猛發展,網絡消費形式也日趨多樣化,人們在生產、生活、消費等各個方面都得到了極大的便利,生活方式也在逐漸產生變化。物流、互聯網商務等虛實經濟相互結合,使得“互聯網+”不斷的成熟發展,逐步應用于生產、生活的各個方面,它把傳統經營方式注入新的理念,成為了國民經濟的重大推動力之一。由此,黨中央國務院在深刻認識和準確把握互聯網發展規律的基礎上,立足于我國國情,發布了《關于積極推進“互聯網+”行動的指導意見》,從頂層設計和戰略部署上進一步促進互聯網與經濟社會的融合發展。基于時代背景及發展潮流,本文對大學生“互聯網+”觀念進行調查研究,統計和分析當代大學生對“互聯網+”觀的認識和使用的現狀及存在的問題,并探索出有針對性的策略和解決途徑,切實增強當代大學生認識和利用“互聯網+”進行工作、生活、學習和就業的意識和觀念,最終促進大學生“互聯網+”觀的全面發展?!?br>
