民間讀書會對家長影響及其推廣策略研究

摘 要 為了吸引更多家長參與民間讀書會的閱讀與探討，本文以湖北省參與民間讀書會的家長為研究對象，通過調查、訪談，統計分析其實際閱讀行為和需求，提出圖書館要牽頭組建讀書會聯盟、協助開展公益活動和建立專業運作機制，促進民間讀書會持續有效地發展，培養更多的學習型家長。

Abstract In order to attract more parents to participate in the reading and discussion of the folk book club， this paper takes the parents who participate in the folk book club in Hubei Province as the research object. Through investigation， interview， statistical analysis of their actual reading behavior and demand， this paper puts forward that the library should take the lead in the formation of the book club alliance， assist in public welfare activities and establish professional operation mechanism， so as to promote the sustainable and effective development of the folk book club， and foster more learning parents.

民間讀書會以書作為分享交流的媒介，受到越來越多家長的關注與青睞。它為家長營造了一個安全且彼此信任的環境，可讓忙碌的家長靜下來理順思維、審視自己內心需求，在為他們搭建一個輔導孩子的學習平臺時，也提供了一個舒緩情緒的場所。因此，如何推動民間讀書會發展，吸引更多家長參與，了解家長閱讀行為和需求，是一個值得探討的問題。

1 民間讀書會對家長教育的意義

1.1 引導家長閱讀

民間讀書會是因相近的閱讀興趣、目標、地域等因素聚集而成的民間閱讀團體[1]，通過導讀、討論、分享、互助等方式，幫助家長從書籍和讀書交流中汲取成長的力量，主要表現在三個方面。（1）閱讀改變自己。民間讀書會通過引導共讀，讓參與者結合自身實際，就家長提出的問題進行分享討論，通過多角度的交流喚起彼此共鳴。如綠洲家長讀書會上，主持人引導家長閱讀完《婚姻中沒有天堂》 《家庭和諧的相處之道》《先照顧好自己 再照顧好孩子》三篇文章后，一位媽媽談到夫妻相處過程中常為雞毛蒜皮的小事鬧得家庭氛圍壓抑并影響到孩子?！?br>
