基于FAHP的輔導員思想政治教育工作評價研究

摘要：運用FAHP法對高校輔導員思想政治教育工作進行客觀定量評價，減少傳統(tǒng)主觀評價過程中存在的隨意性和主觀模糊性。選取思想政治教育、網絡思想政治教育、思想政治教育科研、思想政治教育創(chuàng)新4項準則層，并運用德爾菲法確定了思想特點與動態(tài)掌握度、工作方法路徑拓展情況、主流思想輿論掌控度、協(xié)同創(chuàng)新、理念創(chuàng)新、方法創(chuàng)新和載體創(chuàng)新等20項指標，運用模糊評價模型得出輔導員思想政治教育工作評價得分，并展開實例分析。

Abstract： The Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process （FAHP） was used to evaluate the ideological and political work of college counselors and reduce the arbitrariness and subjective ambiguity in the traditional subjective evaluation process. The four levels of ideological and political education， such as network ideological and political education， ideological and political education research， ideological and political education innovation were chosen， and 20 indexes of ideological characteristics and dynamic sensibility， expansion route of working methods，control over mainstream public opinion，collaborative innovation，theoretical innovation， method innovation， carrier innovation，etc were determined using to Delphi. Finally， the evaluation score and empirical analysis of college counselors ideological and political education work were made based on FAHP.

輔導員思想政治教育工作是大學生思想政治教育工作的重要組成部分，對其工作的客觀評價，對于高校、輔導員和大學生都有重要意義。高校輔導員是大學生思想政治教育工作隊伍的主體之一，是開展大學生思政教育的骨干力量，充當著大學生思政教育工作組織、實施和指導者三重角色。而新時期高校輔導員思想政治教育工作是指輔導員通過利用黨團建設與文體活動、新媒體運用、數據平臺建設、社會調查等各種方式和途徑，開展馬列主義、毛澤東思想、中國特色社會主義理論體系、社會主義核心價值體系、世界觀、人生觀、價值觀等思想政治教育活動，也包含理想信念、愛國主義、民族團結、道德法制和大學生綜合素質發(fā)展等教育內容[1]。

1 高校輔導員思想政治教育工作的現狀

當前，對高校輔導員思想政治教育工作理論研究，主要集中在高校輔導員思想政治教育工作中的主要問題與制約因素分析、工作能力提升策略與途徑、工作創(chuàng)新研究、工作實效性研究等幾個方面。……
