摘要:
為了對(duì)液壓爬模施工技術(shù)在超高層建筑核心筒剪力墻施工中的應(yīng)用進(jìn)行研究與分析,以合肥國購廣場二期辦公樓項(xiàng)目為例,對(duì)液壓爬模技術(shù)的選型、方案設(shè)計(jì)與施工注意事項(xiàng)進(jìn)行了研究。結(jié)果表明:液壓爬模在超高層建筑施工中的應(yīng)用能夠有效避免過度吊裝,同時(shí)還能進(jìn)一步加快施工速度。但是在進(jìn)行超高層建筑液壓爬模施工過程當(dāng)中建筑結(jié)構(gòu)特征等因素對(duì)于液壓爬模施工工藝存在著一定的影響。因此,在進(jìn)行液壓爬模施工之前必須要做好選型、方案設(shè)計(jì)等工作,在施工過程當(dāng)中也必須要高度關(guān)注相關(guān)注意事項(xiàng)。

Analysis of Hydraulic Climbing Construction Technology

Abstract:
Objective: Objective:to study and analyze the application of hydraulic climbing formwork construction in the construction of coretube shear wall of super highrise building. Methods: This paper takes the second phase office building project of Guomao Plaza in Hefei as an example to study the selection of hydraulic climbing formwork technology , Program design and construction precautions were studied. Results: The application of hydraulic climbing formwork in super highrise building construction can effectively avoid excessive hoisting, and at the same time further accelerate the construction speed. However, the structural characteristics of the building during hydraulic climb construction of super highrise buildings have some influence on the construction process of hydraulic climb construction. Conclusion: Before the construction of hydraulic climb construction, it is necessary to do a good job of selection and design, In the construction process must also pay close attention to the relevant precautions.

近年來,隨著我國超高層建筑建設(shè)范圍的不斷拓展,爬模的應(yīng)用也得到了進(jìn)一步推廣。液壓爬模是現(xiàn)階段使用最為廣泛的爬模施工技術(shù),但由于對(duì)液壓爬模施工技術(shù)了解不足,導(dǎo)致部分施工技術(shù)人員在液壓爬模施工過程中存在多種問題[1-2]。因此,本文以合肥國貿(mào)(摘要中英語為Guomao,是國貿(mào)、還是國購,請(qǐng)核實(shí)!)廣場二期辦公樓工程液壓爬模施工為例對(duì)液壓爬模施工技術(shù)要點(diǎn)進(jìn)行分析。
1 工程概況
合肥國購集團(tuán)投資建設(shè)的國購廣場二期項(xiàng)目(以下簡稱本項(xiàng)目)中的辦公樓為超高層建筑,建筑總高度為213 m,層高為4.2~5.5 m,其中核心筒采用剪力墻結(jié)構(gòu),外部則采用鋼框架結(jié)構(gòu),核心筒位置的樓面板為鋼筋混凝土板,外部為鋼桁架。……
