高職英語課堂教學設計

摘 要：文章根據高職學生的具體學情，以提升高職學生英語交際能力為目標，以交際教學法和情境教學法為基本教學方法，以情景劇為載體，以用英文表達感謝為教學內容主題，實現了一次完整的課堂教學設計。

一、設計背景

《高職高專教育英語課程教學基本要求》規定“在加強英語語言基礎知識和基本技能訓練的同時，重視培養學生實際使用英語進行交際的能力”，可見英語學習的交際功能在高職英語教學中的重要性。如何表達感謝是英語交際時不可避免接觸到的話題，能表達善意，感謝和鼓勵，能拉近人與人之間的距離，使溝通變得更加自然順暢，因此，我們要在英語教學中培養學生主動感謝他人、感恩他人的這種基本交際意識和交際能力。為此，我們設計了本次課堂。

二、學情分析

教學對象為鐵道機車車輛專業一年級16-3，4班的學生。經歷過高考洗禮的他們具備了一定的英語基礎及學習能力，同時作為高職院校的學生，他們整體上詞匯量偏少，英語交際能力較弱，且英語水平參差不齊，但是他們英語學習態度端正，有一定的交際意識和團隊協作意識。根據實際情況，作為英語老師，本學期以來對他們一直采取鼓勵與表揚的正面激勵法，提升他們英語學習的信心和興趣，增加他們的英語交際意識，提高他們的英語交際能力，有一定的效果。

三、教學目標

知識目標：認識到表達感謝的重要性，明確表達感謝的原則，掌握表達感謝的相關英語詞匯和語句。能力目標：能熟練運用英語感謝他人和回應他人，提高英語語言綜合運用能力和交際能力。情感目標：培養學生的感恩意識。

四、教學方法

1.交際教學法 交際教學法認為，語言首先是一種社會交際工具，主張以具體的交際功能項目為主要線索來安排教學內容，并根據實際需要來確定其培養目標的側重面，加強針對性。本課就是根據交際教學法的理念，確定了以交際中常見的感謝為主題，通過聽說訓練使學生獲得這一方面的英語交際能力。

2.情境教學法 即“教師有目的地引入或創設具有一定情緒色彩的、以形象為主體的生動具體的場景，以引起學生一定的態度體驗，從而幫助學生理解內容，并使學生的心理機能得到發展的教學方法?！?本課中，通過視頻引入表達感謝的情境，讓學生學習如何表達對他人的感謝以及回應他人的感謝。

五、教學過程

本次課是讓學生學會用英文表達感謝，包括兩個方面：會說感謝的話（口頭表達）和會寫感謝信（書面表達）。整個教學過程包括6個教學步驟，其中步驟1—3 是為了學會說感謝的話而設置，步驟4—6是為了學會寫感謝信而設置。同時學會說特意放在了學會寫的前面，學會說以后對學會寫有很大的幫助，是一種順承的關系。

1. Review 復習

lead-in （導入）： What day is it today？ What holiday is it today？（今天是星期幾？今天是什么節日？）

引出感恩節Thanksgiving Day（每年11月的第四個星期四是感恩節）

What can you say to your parents， teachers or friends on this day？（在感恩節你可以對父母，老師或者朋友說什么呢？）

Review the expressions learnt last class （復習上次課學習的四個表達感謝感恩的關鍵詞組和句子）

①I am grateful to you for your help.②I am thankful to you for your kindness.

③ I am obliged to you for lending my the book. ④I really appreciate your understanding.

exercise： Say thanks according to the pictures （練習：根據圖片選擇以上四個表達感謝的結構造句。）

2. New expressions learning 學習新的表達式

（1）lead-in（導入）： Video clip—Hu Ges speech of thanks after receiving an award（視頻：著名演員胡歌獲獎后的英文感謝詞）

（2）analysis（分析）：What are sentences are employed by him to express thanks？ （胡歌用了什么典型的表達感謝的句子？）

“Which one have you got？” and“What is your sentence？

活動說明：請7位同學上臺，每位同學從老師手中的7張紙條中抽取一張，每張紙條印有一個表達感謝的英文單詞，根據自己所抽單詞，分別用我們學過的7個表達感謝的不同句式造句。其他同學都是評委，評判哪位同學表現最棒。

7.單詞分別為：thanks， appreciate， grateful， obliged， thankful， appreciation， gratitude. （所有單詞都是感謝、感恩的意思，但是詞性不同，用法不同，造的句子就不同，但所有句子都是表達感謝的句子；同時屏幕上提供了學生造句用的體現感謝的理由的單詞：help幫助，hospitality熱情好客，advice建議，invitation 邀請，understanding理解，kindness 善良，encouragement鼓勵，present 禮物，這些詞只能被選擇一次，也就是這個詞被其中一位同學選了，其他6位同學就不可以選它了。當然學生也可以用自己想到的其他理由造句。）

活動目的：通過活動，檢查學生是否掌握了用不同句式和詞匯表達感謝與感恩。

（3）Summary： What should be included in a thank-you note？ （總結：一般感謝信要包括什么內容？

感謝信的寫作一般主要分以下三個部分：

首先開頭要明確的對對方提供的幫助或贈送的禮品表示謝意。

主體部分則需列舉對方提供的幫助，說明該幫助所起的作用，或表達對所受禮品的喜愛以及以后如何使用及收藏等。

結尾部分需再次表達誠摯的謝意并問候對方。

5. Practice （watch a video and fill in the blank） 練習：根據短片寫感謝信（填空）

故事說明：這是一個關與給予、關于感恩圖報、關于傳承愛的故事。

根據泰國真人真事改編，講述了好人有好報，知恩圖報的感人故事。帶著女兒經營生意的面攤老板樂善好施，三十年前為了一名沒錢為母親買藥偷了三瓶止痛藥的小男孩解圍。三十年后老板重病住院，需要負擔巨額手術費。面攤老板的女兒決定將面館賣掉籌措手術費，卻發現醫療費的賬單為零，上面寫著：“所有費用已經在三十年前付過了—用三瓶止痛藥和一包蔬菜湯?！比昵暗哪莻€小男孩已經長大成人，從老板那里獲得了理解和愛，長大后他也秉著懸壺濟世的醫德。

Task任務/作業：學生選擇兩種情況中的一種，寫一封感謝信。

A Suppose you were the doctor， write a thank-you note to the man who helped him 30 years ago.（假設你是這個醫生，向30年前幫助你的老板寫一封感謝信。）

B. Suppose you were the daughter， write a thank-you note to the doctor for his help.

七 課堂小結

本節課的目標很明確，即幫助學生學會用不同的英文詞匯和句型表達感謝、感恩。通過六個緊湊的教學環節，以現在學生所喜歡的圖片，視頻，音頻等動態且緊扣主題的教學資料和互動感強的教學活動，創設情境，帶領學生一步一步實現教學目標。
