小學班主任德育教育工作的策略

摘 要 在小學教育階段，學生的世界觀、人生觀、價值觀等還未完全形成，仍然處于形成過程中，在這個時期對學生實施正確的引導對學生未來成長具有非常深遠的意義。正確、恰當的引導能夠促使學生健康成長，培養小學教育階段學生形成正確、健康的“三觀”，對學生未來的工作學習具有非常重要的作用。因此，作為班級建設的指揮者，小學班主任應當充分發揮自身的作用，以科學有效的方式開展德育教育工作。本文首先簡要分析了小學教育階段德育教育工作的困境，然后探索了小學班主任德育教育工作優化開展的有效策略。

The Strategies of Elementary School Teachers in Charge of Moral Education

Abstract At the stage of primary school education， students 'world outlook， outlook on life and values have not yet been fully formed. They are still in the process of formation. The correct guidance to students in this period is of far-reaching significance to students' future growth. Correct and proper guidance can promote the healthy growth of students and cultivate the students of primary school education to form a correct and healthy "three view"， which plays a very important role in students' future work and study. Therefore， as the leader of class construction， primary school teachers should give full play to their own role， in a scientific and effective way to carry out moral education. This paper first analyzes the difficulties of moral education in the primary education stage， and then explores the effective tactics of optimizing the moral education of primary school teachers.

德育教育工作的開展對學生思想品德素養的培養具有至關重要的作用，為了促使小學教育階段學生的思想品德素養得到充分的培養，班主任應當加強對德育教育工作重視和關注，注重德育教育工作的創新和優化，結合學校教育和家庭教育，充分發揮教育合力的作用，促使學生在良好環境的影響下形成正確、健康的世界觀、人生觀、價值觀，通過德育教育工作的優化開展為學生未來健康成長提供強有力的支持。

1小學教育階段德育教育工作的困境
