摘 要 病原微生物與免疫學基礎學科是醫學專業學生必修的基礎學科,它涵蓋了免疫學和復雜多樣的微生物方面知識,同時又融合貫穿了診斷、預防等方面的關聯性知識,對醫學類學生夯實基礎起到至關重要的作用。而當前該學科的教育教學雖有所改革,但仍存在著一些弊端,現針對病原微生物與免疫學基礎課程教學的現狀以及發展的趨勢做一綜述,旨在了解該課程改革現狀并就其存在的問題加以探究和找出改善的措施。

Reform of Pathogenic Microorganism and Immunology

Abstract The pathogenic basis of Microbiology and immunology is a basic subject of medical students compulsory, it covers the knowledge of immunology and microbial complex, while the fusion through the knowledge relevance of diagnosis, prevention, medical students to lay a solid foundation to play a crucial role. The teaching of the subject despite the reform, but there are still some problems, according to the current situation and development of pathogenic microorganism and immunology teaching trends were reviewed, in order to understand the situation of the curriculum reform and the existing problems to explore and find out improvement measures.

免疫學基礎與病原微生物學是研究抗原性異物的性狀、機體、免疫應答的機理,以及在一定條件下病原微生物的生物特性、生命活動規律、致病性與免疫性、實驗室檢查及特異性防治的一門醫學基礎課程。[1]病原微生物主要研究的是微生物及寄生蟲的內容。而免疫學基礎主要研究免疫系統、免疫性疾病以及患病的原因,還囊括了診斷、預防、治療等的方法。這一課程本身的枯燥性、抽象性、晦澀性,使其成為大多醫學生的“攔路石”,由于這門課程主要是針對中專學生開展的課程,他們自身資質、學習基礎較差,對學習的熱情不夠,理解能力弱,自主能力也偏差,因此,如何解決和改善這些問題,怎樣提高教學質量,怎樣使教師高效完成授課任務,都成為了醫學教育教學所面臨的亟待解決的問題,現針對這一現狀進行探討,希望對課程教學工作提出有利建議。……
