Step 1.Warm-up(課前熱身,迅速入境)

T:Good morning,boys and girls.Let’s have a free talk.
T:How are you?Today is a special day.Do you know?Yes,today is Tree Planting Day.I bring some cards of trees to you.(And then divide the students into four groups and tell them how many questions they can answer,how many cards they can get.)
S:OK,we’re ready.
設(shè)計意圖:競賽時間,復(fù)習(xí)所學(xué)的過去式,為本課的學(xué)習(xí)埋下了伏筆;自由談?wù)摃r間,引出本課的主題——植樹節(jié)。同時將學(xué)生分成四個小組進行小組合作學(xué)習(xí),交待評價,體現(xiàn)了新課標中所闡述的兒童認知發(fā)展規(guī)律,充分調(diào)動了學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)積極性,培養(yǎng)了學(xué)生的團隊精神和集體榮譽感。
Step 2.Presentation(復(fù)習(xí)舊知,呈現(xiàn)新知)
1.T:Today is Tree Planting Day.Last Tree Planting Day,we went to plant trees.(Show a photo and sing a song)
2.To learn the new words:spade,dig
(此時屏幕上出現(xiàn)一張鏟子的圖片,可讓學(xué)生來猜一猜鏟子及用法。)
3.Show the video of Lesson 11 to the students and ask them to watch and listen.Then answer what they have heard.
(It can be a sentence or a phrase,even a word is OK.)
設(shè)計意圖:體現(xiàn)面向全體的理念,給不同學(xué)生輸出語言和展示自我的機會,體驗成功。
4.Look atthequestions about Lesson 11 and watch the video again, then have a discussion in groups about the questions.At last do questions and answers in pairs.
T:You have done a good job. Look! I have some questions about this lesson.Let’s watch the video again and then have a discussion in groups,Afterthat,do questions and answers in pairs.

How was the weather?
What did Gao Wei and his classmates do?
Did they use spades to dig holes in the ground?

設(shè)計意圖:引導(dǎo)學(xué)生帶著問題去視聽,然后通過小組討論解決問題,以任務(wù)型教學(xué)和小組合作學(xué)習(xí)的模式來操練,提高學(xué)生的聽說能力,也使學(xué)生對本課有一個整體認識。
5. Read the text by themselvesand then find out what they want to know.

結(jié)合學(xué)生的提問重點講解以下語言知識。
(1)stop由圖片引出單詞讓學(xué)生造句。
(2)important看情境說句子。
(3) fresh:Play a tongue twister game.
設(shè)計意圖:此環(huán)節(jié)采用了師問生、生問師、生生互問等多種形式讓學(xué)生習(xí)得語言、操練語言,目的是讓所有學(xué)生參與進來,每個人都有開口練習(xí)的機會,體現(xiàn)了新課標中面向全體、合作交流的要求。
Step 3.Practice(試聽結(jié)合,交際使用)
1.Read the text.

2.Have a race小組計時復(fù)述
設(shè)計意圖:此環(huán)節(jié)體現(xiàn)了《英語課程標準(2011版)》在課程基本理念部分提出的“強調(diào)學(xué)習(xí)過程,重視語言學(xué)習(xí)的實踐性和應(yīng)用性”。之后帶領(lǐng)學(xué)生回歸文本,培養(yǎng)其自主學(xué)習(xí)和創(chuàng)造學(xué)習(xí)的能力。
Step 4.Expansion(拓展訓(xùn)練,培養(yǎng)自主學(xué)習(xí))
1.Do the tasks.
Task 1:Let’sfinish the passage.
Task 2:Write something about Tree Planting Day.
2.An oral composition.
T:According to the pictures,you can have an oral composition.
設(shè)計意圖:讓全體學(xué)生展示自己所得獎勵圖形的反面,即自the passage,學(xué)生完成,并通過口頭作文的形式作出反饋,使每個學(xué)生能夠體驗成功。伴著音樂聲,伴著學(xué)生英語的交流聲,本課接近尾聲……
Step 5.Homework
1.Read the text.
2.Recite the text.
3.Write a short passage about Tree Planting Day.
設(shè)計意圖:此環(huán)節(jié)是對課堂知識學(xué)習(xí)的反饋,也是對課堂的延伸,將所學(xué)知識運用到實際生活中,達到學(xué)以致用的目的。
