我國高水平女子400m混合泳運動員技術特征研究

摘要：以2011年上海世錦賽、2012年全國冠軍賽、2013年全國冠軍賽暨全運會預選賽、2013年全運會以及2014年全國冠軍賽女子400m混合泳決賽成績和技術數據分析結果為基礎，運用文獻資料、問卷調查、專家訪談、數理統計、錄像觀察、圖像采集及解析等研究方法，分析和闡釋我國高水平女子400 m混合泳運動員的技術特征，試圖為持續、穩步提高我國運動員的運動技術水平、再創佳績提供參考。

Abstract：In 2010 Asian Games， Ye Shiwen won the first place in both women 200 m and 400 m individual medley when she was only 14. In 2011 Shanghai World Championships， she won the champion in women 200 m individual medley. In 2012 London Olympic Games， she broke both the record of women 200 m and 400 m individual medley， which shocked the whole world. From then on， China's women individual medley has become a dominant event in the world. Based on the achievement and analysis of technical data in 2011 Shanghai World Championships， 2012， 2013 & 2014 National Championships， 2013 National Games， this study analyzes and interprets the technical characteristics of national women 400 m individual medley swimmers， attempting to improve the technical level of the top level swimmers in China and provide valuable reference to improve the performance of Chinese swimmers. Method of documentation， expert interviews， questionnaire， statistics analysis， video observation and image captures and analysis were used.

2010年年僅14歲的葉詩文首次參加亞運會就奪得了女子200 m、400 m混合泳冠軍；2011年上海世錦賽獲得女子200 m混合泳冠軍；2012年倫敦奧運會葉詩文獲得女子200 m、400 m混合泳冠軍并打破世界紀錄，震驚世界泳壇；截至2013年全運會，葉詩文獲得了所有國內外重大比賽的混合泳項目金牌，成為中國泳壇首個金滿貫。李玄旭，我國高水平女子400 m混合泳運動員，曾多次進入世界大賽該項目的決賽。這兩位運動員在國內外重大比賽中的出色表現，使女子400 m混合泳這一項目成為我國競技游泳在世界游泳賽場上的優勢項目，也帶動了國內這一項目整體運動水平的提高。2013年全運會我國女400 m混合泳運動員表現出了前未所有的優異成績，冠軍和前3名平均成績均優于2011年世錦賽水平。然而隨著全運會后一些高水平運動員的退役，近年女子400 m混合泳項目運動成績出現逐漸下滑的趨勢，在2014年全國游泳冠軍賽中該項目前8名平均成績陷入低谷，后備力量的匱乏與及時跟進成為亟待解決的關鍵問題?！?br>
