乒乓球規(guī)則、器材改革的怪圈

摘要：采用文獻資料法、調(diào)查法等，對乒乓球規(guī)則和器材的不斷改革提出異議，特別是最近一次國際乒聯(lián)推出的塑料球改革。用事實證明其改革的荒謬并提出改變這種改革方式的設(shè)想：1）深刻理解體育強國之“強”， 用我們的乒乓實力主導(dǎo)世界乒乓球發(fā)展方向。2）無論是國際乒聯(lián)還是中國乒協(xié)必須改變以器材和規(guī)則改革推動乒乓球運動發(fā)展的慣性思維。3）我國乒乓球運動必須走真正職業(yè)化發(fā)展之路才能真正影響世界乒乓球運動。

Abstract：With the methods of literature review and investigation， an objection was raised on table tennis rule and equipment reform， especially the lately plastic ball reform introduced by ITTF. This article has proven the absurdness of the reform and proposed ways to change it： 1） To have a deep understanding on the "powerfulness" of sports power and orientate the development direction of world table tennis with our strength in table tennis. 2） ITTF and Chinese Table Tennis Association must change the habitual thinking of promoting the development of table tennis only by equipment and rule reform. 3） Only by developing professional table tennis can we really affect the world table tennis.

在剛剛結(jié)束的2014年乒乓球男、女世界杯上，乒乓球塑料球的改革終于實施。在本屆杯賽上，塑料球首次被使用，標(biāo)志著“新大球”時代的開啟。國際乒聯(lián)再次試圖通過器材的改革改變乒乓球運動的世界格局。但從比賽成績分析，與前幾次器材改革的結(jié)果類似——中國隊的實力未被影響（包攬男女冠亞軍）、改革者的初衷未被實現(xiàn)。這就是乒乓球運動發(fā)展中，歷次規(guī)則和器材改革跳不出的怪圈——改革者想通過規(guī)則和器材的改變，扭轉(zhuǎn)中國一家獨大的局面，而事實確是越改革中國乒乓球的實力越強大，世界其他國家的優(yōu)秀運動員越少，乒乓球運動的世界范圍影響力越弱。

即便歷次改革（小球改大球、無機膠水、11分制）的結(jié)果與初衷相去甚遠，仍不能警醒那些所謂的“改革者”，他們?nèi)耘f帶著改變器材和規(guī)則的思路將乒乓球運動這艘大船駛向“死海”，其實更應(yīng)該稱他們?yōu)椤耙灰夤滦械陌詸?quán)者”。……
