全民健身國家戰略背景下競技體育社會價值新論

摘要：競技體育發展伴隨社會進步產生了衍生與異化價值。競技體育的公共價值是本研究在探索競技體育社會價值中的創新探索。利用文獻資料法、邏輯分析法對競技體育的公共價值進行了較為粗淺的探索，在清晰界定競技體育核心框架基礎上對其公共價值的特征、內涵及結構進行了探討。旨在為競技體育的社會價值分析做出理論分析與創新解讀，為改革背景下競技體育與全民健身的關系進行理性梳理。

Abstract：The year 2014 is very important for China's sports， in which a number of policies were adjusted and the national fitness strategy pushed the sports reform to a new high. Under the new historical context， rational thinking is used to find the new social value of competitive sport expressed in the strategic adjustment. Along with the social progress， the competitive sports have produced derivative value and alienation value. The public value of competitive sports in this study is the innovation. This study by using the literature material and logic analysis method tentatively explored the public value of competitive sports， including its characteristics and connotation and structure on the basis of the clear definition of the competitive sports framework. It makes theoretical analysis and innovation for the analysis of the social value of competitive sports.

伴隨黨的十八屆四中全會勝利召開，我國各項事業改革之聲不斷。2014年10月20日國務院《關于加快發展體育產業，促進體育消費的若干意見》文件的出臺，將此輪改革推向了一個新的高度，以改革創新為核心的時代精神更是凸顯了我國的制度優勢和核心價值優勢。2014年，全民健身成為國家戰略，從國家和政府角度對體育事業發展中全民健身進行歷史定位，從1995年開始的全民健身與奧運爭光兩翼齊飛的時代將出現戰略性轉變。競技體育的發展在此時代出現了戰略轉型，在新的歷史背景下凸顯具有新時代精神和新時代價值的競技體育是必需和必要的。基于競技體育的價值理性與工具理性對競技體育社會價值的過程及效果進行討論是在新歷史時期的理性價值發掘。競技體育的公共價值是在結合全民健身的公共利益表達基礎上對競技體育社會價值的理性解讀?！?br>
