【摘要】 目的 觀察某校入學新生的心理健康狀況,為學校開展心理健康教育,促進學生人格健康發展及學校管理工作提供科學依據。方法 應用癥狀自評量表SCL90問卷,對2244名新生進行調查,并將其心理健康各水平與全國常模進行對比。結果 因子分≥2分的學生占總體的25.6%,因子分≥3分者有2.1%;因子分≥2分的學生主要問題是:強迫、抑郁、人際敏感、焦慮以及偏執等,因子分≥3分的學生主要問題是:抑郁、強迫、人際敏感、焦慮以及恐怖等;除軀體因素外,其余因素水平均高于全國常模且存在顯著性差異(P<0.01);在心理健康水平的人際敏感、抑郁、恐怖因子上不同性別學生之間也存在顯著性差異(P<0.05或0.01)。結論 某校學生的心理健康水平整體狀況不容樂觀。關注學生心理健康,有針對性開展各種健康教育、輔導和咨詢尤為迫切和必要。

Investigation and analysis of mental health on the different gender medical students

【Abstract】 Objective To observate the mental health of freshmen in a school, carry out mental health education for it,and try to promote healthy personality development of the students and supply a scientific management basis for a school.
Methods 2244 medical school students were applied the Symptom Check List (SCL90) questionnaire survey,then compared the level of their mental health with the national norm.Results It was found that factor scores ≥2 points of students accounted for 25.6% overall,factor score ≥ 3 points were 2.1%. the main issues in the students with factor scores≥ 2 points werecompulsion,depression,interpersonal sensitivity,anxiety and paranoia,etc.That in the students with factor scores≥ 2 points were depression,compulsion,interpersonal sensitivity,anxiety and terror,etc.All the factors were higher than the national norm and there was significant difference(P<0.05 or 0.01),except physical factor.There were significant difference among students of different gender byinterpersonal sensitivity,depression and phobic in the mental health level(P<0.01).Con
clusion It is not optimistic about the mental health level of the students in the school.It`s particularly urgent and necessary to carry out avariety health education and counseling to the student`s mental health.

當代中國大學生大多為獨生子女,他們是一個承載社會、家庭高期望值的特殊群體。他們自我定位比較高,成才欲望非常強,但社會閱歷比較淺,心理發展并不成熟,極易出現情緒波動[1]。在面臨學習、生活適應以及情緒情感等方面的問題時,不可避免地會形成各種各樣的心理問題。為此,筆者對我校2009級新生進行心理健康調查,旨在為學校開展心理健康教育,促進學生人格健康發展及學校管理工作提供科學依據。
對象與方法
1.對象 整群抽取2009級新生作為研究對象,收回有效問卷2244份,其中,男生人數為372人,占16.6%,女生人數為1872人,占83.4%;……
