【摘要】 目的 檢測霉菌性陰道炎患者血清及陰道灌洗液IL2、IL8、IL10和TNFα水平,以探討其在發病機制中的作用。方法 85例霉菌性陰道炎患者分別留取血清及陰道灌洗液,-20℃凍存,采用雙抗體夾心ELISA法檢測IL2、IL8、IL10及TNFα并與80例健康體檢的婦女進行對比觀察。結果 霉菌性陰道炎患者血清及陰道灌洗液中IL8、IL10和TNFα與正常對照組比較均有顯著性差異(P<0.05或0.01)。結論 細胞因子IL2、IL8、IL10和TNFα參與霉菌性陰道炎的發病,其中TNFα可能直接參與并介導免疫損傷。

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the pathogenesis role of IL2,IL8,IL10 and TNFαin patients with mycotic vaginitis.
Methods Serum and vaginal lavage were collected from 85 patients with viginitis fungosa and 80 healthy women,then frozen to -20℃.The concentration of IL2,IL8,IL10 and TNFαinwere detected by doublesandwich elisa.Results The level of IL2,IL8 and TL10 and TNFαin serum and vaginal lavage of treatment group was significantly higher than that of control group(P<0.05 or 0.01).Con
clusion Cylokines such as IL2,IL8,IL10 and TNFα play an role in the pathogenesis of viginitis fungosa.TNFα may participate and mediate the immune injury directly.

霉菌性陰道炎是婦科門診的常見病。下生殖道感染時,機體免疫系統的變化是臨床關注的重點,陰道局部的免疫變化與全身免疫變化不一致,霉菌性陰道炎的發生可能與局部免疫功能異常有關[1]。為了探討霉菌性陰道炎患者陰道局部免疫狀態的變化,我們檢測霉菌性陰道炎患者陰道灌洗液白細胞介素2(IL2)、白細胞介素8(IL8)、白細胞介素10(IL10)、腫瘤壞死因子α(TNFα)的水平,現將結果報道如下。
對象與方法
1.研究對象 2005年3月~2009年12月,選擇在我院婦產科門診就診的患者。根據臨床癥狀、體征及細菌學檢查,確診為霉菌性陰道炎患者85例,年齡21~49歲,平均(39.6±2.5)歲,病程2天~5個月,平均(25.5±2.1)天,所有患者抽血及留取陰道灌洗液測定細胞免疫因子;正常對照組選取同期行健康體檢的婦女80人,年齡22~46歲,平均(38.2±3.9)歲,月經規律,6個月內未服用甾體類激素,1周內無性生活和陰道沖洗。婦科檢查及細胞學檢查無異常。……
