Research on the impact of enterprises^ digital transformation on urban innovation quality

Abstract:Based on the data of listed companies and cities in China from 2007 to 2O23,this paper analyzes the influence mechanism of enterprises'digital transformation on urban innovation quality,and further describes the potential monopoly effect of digital transformation. Four main conclusions are drawn. First,digital development can help enterprises move into the high-tech field, promote cuting-edge technology to make greater breakthroughs,and improve the quality of urban innovation. Second, enterprises'digital transformation has the effect of knowledge enhancement,resource allocation efficiency optimization and risk bearing capacity enhancement,which can effectively promote enterprises to get rid of Ramp;D \"inertia\",open a new innovation pattern,and improve the quality of innovation. Third,the improvement of enterprise mergers and acquisitions and information disclosure can significantly enhance the promotion effect of enterprises' digital transformation on urban innovation quality,while the management' s subjective manipulation of Ramp;D accounting accounts will weaken this effect. Fourth, enterprises' digital transformation has the potential risk of monopoly intensification. The study provides new insights into how enterprises' digital transformation can promote urban innovation quality more effectively.

在美國推行“小院高墻\"\"脫鉤斷鏈\"背景下,實現從技術創新大國向技術創新強國的轉變至關重要。高水平技術創新是中國實現產業鏈自主可控、關鍵技術躋身世界前列的關鍵所在[1]。我國政府和企業十分重視技術創新,黨的二十屆三中全會提出了“以科技創新引領現代化產業體系建設\"的發展要求,2024年12月召開的中央經濟工作會議提出了“以科技創新引領新質生產力發展”的發展要求。2013年以來,我國成為僅次于美國的世界第二大研發投入國;截至2023年,我國專利申請量連續13年穩居世界第一。盡管我國在研發投人和專利申請數量上占據領先優勢,但在實現高水平、高質量創新方面與主要發達國家仍然存在一定差距[2],因而陷入產業鏈關鍵環節“受制于人\"的被動局面[3。學界將此現象稱為中國的“科技創新困境”,這表明我國巨額研發投入存在低水平循環之殤[4-5」,難以支撐國家創新驅動發展戰略。為此,快速提升我國的創新質量已成為當務之急。只有充分發揮技術創新對經濟發展戰略支撐功能,才能助力我國在高精尖技術領域突破美國的高端技術封鎖。當前,以5G、物聯網、大數據、人工智能等為主要代表的數字技術和產業革命正加速發展、相互交織,數字技術不僅能夠對傳統產業進行全方面改造[,促進經濟發展和全要素生產率提升7,還能為科技創新和新質生產力發展注入新動力,提供新引擎[8]。那么,企業數字化轉型會對城市創新質量產生什么影響?……
