紅色資源賦能新時代文化建設的價值意蘊與方法論探究

Abstract： Nanhu District of Jiaxing City gives full play to the advantages of red resources， steadily promotes the construction of mainstream ideology through a series of innovative measures，deeply cultivates and practices socialist core values，and significantly improves the level of public cultural services， with the cultural undertakings and cultural industries showing a dynamic development trend. The successful practice of Nanhu District of Jiaxing City proves that red resources can enable the construction of mainstream ideology，the cultivation of socialist core values，the improvement of social civilization，and the prosperity and development of cultural undertakings and cultural industries. For the cultural construction in the new era of red resource empowerment，it is necessry to follow the following methodological principles by strengthening the guidance of mainstream ideology and achieving the unity of \"integrity\" and \" innovation\"；extensively practicing socialist core values， achieving the unity of \"popularization\" and \"deepening\"； promoting the practice of civilization to go deep and solid，and achieving the unity of \"participation\" and \"effectiveness\"；and stimulating the new vitality of cultural undertakings and cultural industries，as well as achieving the unity of \"inheritance\" and \"development\".

紅色是中國革命的深刻印記和象征。紅色資源是一代代中國共產黨人團結帶領中國人民在實現中華民族偉大復興的不懈奮斗中積累的寶貴精神財富，是中華民族主體性的重要精神標識。紅色資源大致可分為三類：物質文化資源、精神文化資源與制度文化資源。物質文化資源主要指具有歷史意義的革命遺址、烈士陵園、紀念地以及博物館等場所；精神文化資源主要包括中國共產黨人所展現的優良作風、高尚道德情操和偉大革命精神等；而制度文化資源則是指中國共產黨在革命實踐中形成的理論綱領和政策制度1]。習近平總書記強調：“要用好紅色資源，傳承好紅色基因，把紅色江山世世代代傳下去。\"[2]通過深人挖掘和有效利用紅色資源，能夠豐富新時代文化建設的內涵，提升其品質，促進革命精神在新時代繼續發揚光大。

當前，學界關于紅色資源的研究主要集中在紅色資源如何賦能思政課教學、如何利用數智化技術開發紅色資源以及紅色資源賦能鄉村振興的現實路徑等方面，而直接探討紅色資源賦能新時代文化建設的成果相對較少。代表性的成果包括：劉凡3探討了革命英烈精神融人高校校園文化建設的路徑；劉遼垣4介紹了山西運城市深入發掘紅色文化資源建設文化強市的實踐；李金榮[5以福建省為例探討了紅色文化資源與高校廉潔文化融合的新路徑；柯凌云[探討了湖北省大冶市利用紅色資源推動歷史文化名城建設的問題與對策；……
