Abstract:The spirit of educators in the new era is the spiritual guidance for realizing the goal of education power and the spiritual support for building a community with a shared future for mankind. The spirit of educators and the human community with a shared future have the same origin,connotation, value and purpose,and the two show a high degree of agreement. To promote the construction of a community of shared future for mankind with the spirit of educators is a realistic need to cultivate global talents and convey the concept of a community of shared future for mankind. It is an important guarantee to awaken people's subjective initiative and cultivate the consciousness of a community of shared future for mankind. It is also an ideological tool for building an educational power and displaying the vision of a community of shared future for mankind. In the new journey,we should further broaden our international vision,develop modern education with Chinese characteristics that reaches the world level;respect for diverse civilizations and promote educational exchanges and mutual learning and cooperation among countries;undertake the responsibility of a great power,promote the development of education from the perspective of a community with a shared future for mankind,and make unique Chinese contributions to the symbiosis and common prosperity of all mankind.

教育是強(qiáng)國建設(shè)與民族復(fù)興的基石。2023年9月,習(xí)近平總書記在致信全國優(yōu)秀教師代表時(shí),勉勵(lì)全國廣大教師“以教育家為榜樣,大力弘揚(yáng)教育家精神”,并將教育家精神高度凝練為“心有大我、至誠報(bào)國的理想信念,言為士則、行為世范的道德情操,啟智潤心、因材施教的育人智慧,勤學(xué)篤行、求是創(chuàng)新的躬耕態(tài)度,樂教愛生、甘于奉獻(xiàn)的仁愛之心,胸懷天下、以文化人的弘道追求\"[]。這六個(gè)維度彼此交融、相輔相成,共同鑄就平凡又偉大的廣大教育工作者的精神內(nèi)核。其內(nèi)在蘊(yùn)含的全人類共同價(jià)值與人類命運(yùn)共同體理念高度契合,有力地推動(dòng)著人類共有的精神家園的構(gòu)建。
當(dāng)前,已有研究探討了新時(shí)代教育家精神的世界意義和國際化發(fā)展路徑。劉志[2認(rèn)為,教育家精神內(nèi)蘊(yùn)著既扎根中國又貫通中西的辯證思維,為全人類教師職業(yè)樹立了共同的價(jià)值追求,推動(dòng)了全球教育事業(yè)的共同進(jìn)步。姚溧3提出,新時(shí)代教育家精神的弘揚(yáng)和踐行,應(yīng)在堅(jiān)持“四個(gè)服務(wù)\"的基點(diǎn)上,積極面向世界,將中國方案融入推動(dòng)構(gòu)建人類命運(yùn)共同體的宏偉藍(lán)圖之中。孫剛成等4認(rèn)為,教育家精神的內(nèi)涵與“全球文明”的發(fā)展需求不謀而合,中國的“全球教育\"實(shí)踐經(jīng)驗(yàn)要為教育家精神的國際化傳播與影響鋪路。但以往研究尚未聚焦于教育家精神和人類命運(yùn)共同體的關(guān)系及相互作用進(jìn)行深入探討。鑒于此,本文從理清新時(shí)代教育家精神與人類命運(yùn)共同體的內(nèi)在關(guān)聯(lián)出發(fā),闡釋新時(shí)代教育家精神助推構(gòu)建人類命運(yùn)共同體的必然邏輯和實(shí)踐路向,以期為教育強(qiáng)國建設(shè)及人類命運(yùn)共同體構(gòu)建提供理論參考。……
