政府補貼下平臺供應鏈的綠色生產及信息披露決策研究

摘 要：利用基于平臺的區塊鏈技術披露綠色產品信息可提高消費者的信任度，政府補貼區塊鏈技術有利于提升平臺供應鏈的運營效率。為此，文章構建了包含一個制造商和一個平臺的供應鏈模型，制造商投資技術生產綠色產品并采用區塊鏈技術向消費者披露綠色產品信息，政府會對采用區塊鏈技術的制造商或購買附加區塊鏈技術產品的消費者給予補貼。研究

發現：消費者不信任度、區塊鏈單位運營成本以及政府補貼均會對制造商和平臺的決策和最優利潤有影響；進行綠色產品信息披露時，產品的價格和綠色度會得到提升，但受區塊鏈單位成本和傭金率的影響，有無補貼下區塊鏈支持的供應鏈中的需求和利潤并不總是高于不采用區塊鏈技術的供應鏈；當消費者的綠色不信任度較高時，制造商更傾向于采用區塊鏈技術對綠色產品信息進行披露；政府補貼并不總優于不補貼，補貼制造商額度較高時，會有損于平臺的利益；政府補貼制造商比補貼消費者更能激勵制造商采用區塊鏈技術。

Research on Green Production and Information Disclosure Decision-Making of Platform Supply Chain Under Government Subsidies

Abstract： The use of platform-based blockchain technology to disclose green product information can improve consumer trust， and government subsidy blockchain technology is conducive to improving the operational efficiency of the platform supply chain. To this end， this paper constructs a supply chain model that includes a manufacturer and a platform. Manufacturers invest in technology to produce green products and use blockchain technology to disclose green product information to consumers， and the government subsidizes manufacturers who adopt blockchain technology or consumers who purchase additional blockchain technology products. The results show that consumer distrust， blockchain unit operating costs， and government subsidies all have an impact on the decision-making and optimal profit of manufacturers and platforms， that when green product information is disclosed， the price and greenness of the product will be improved， but due to the impact of the unit cost and commission rate of the blockchain， the demand and profit in the supply chain supported by the blockchain with or without subsidies are not always higher than that of the supply chain without blockchain technology， that when consumers' green distrust is high， manufacturers are more inclined to use blockchain technology to disclose green product information， and that government subsidies are not always better than no subsidies， and when the amount of subsidies to manufacturers is high， it will be detrimental to the interests of the platform; government subsidies to manufacturers provide more incentives for manufacturers to adopt blockchain technology than subsidies to consumers.
