低碳背景下甘肅省綠色物流提升路徑研究

摘" 要：隨著國家對生態(tài)文明建設與綠色發(fā)展理念的重視程度不斷增加，物流行業(yè)的綠色化轉型也成為了順應時代發(fā)展的必然趨勢。綠色物流是實現(xiàn)低碳目標，推動社會經濟高質量發(fā)展，從而實現(xiàn)社會可持續(xù)發(fā)展過程中的重要組成部分。甘肅省受政治、經濟、文化等因素影響，綠色物流相對于東部發(fā)達地區(qū)發(fā)展相對落后緩慢，存在物流模式相對傳統(tǒng)、物流運輸方式單一、企業(yè)轉型成本風險高、綠色物流觀念認識不足等問題。文章將低碳發(fā)展作為研究背景，從甘肅省綠色物流的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀入手，分析了其存在的問題，并且針對性的提出優(yōu)化路徑，為甘肅省實現(xiàn)綠色物流可持續(xù)發(fā)展提供參考。

Abstract： With the increasing attention of the country to the construction of ecological civilization and the concept of green development， the green transformation of the logistics industry has become an inevitable trend in line with the development of the times. Green logistics is an important part of the process of achieving low-carbon goals， promoting high-quality social and economic development， and realizing sustainable social development. Influenced by political， economic， cultural and other factors， Gansu Province's green logistics development is relatively backward and slow compared to the developed eastern regions. There are relatively traditional logistics mode， single logistics transportation mode， high cost risk of enterprise transformation， and low cost of green logistics. Problems such as insufficient understanding of green logistics concept. This paper takes low-carbon development as the research background， starts with the development status of green logistics in Gansu Province， analyzes its existing problems， and puts forward targeted optimization paths to provide reference for the benign and sustainable development of green logistics in Gansu Province.

" 2021年我國首次將碳達峰碳中和寫入政府工作報告，提出要將“雙碳”工作系統(tǒng)地貫穿于經濟社會發(fā)展全過程和各方面，重點實施能源綠色低碳轉型行動、節(jié)能降碳增效行動等“碳達峰十大行動”。二十大報告中提出將“雙碳”工作擺在更重要的位置，在實現(xiàn)經濟持續(xù)健康增長的同時，處理好經濟發(fā)展與節(jié)能減排之間的關系，嚴格把控地區(qū)碳排放的標準。“十四五”和“十五五”規(guī)劃目標要求統(tǒng)籌推進城鄉(xiāng)綠色低碳發(fā)展，構建起綠色高效的交通運輸體系，加快形成綠色低碳運輸方式，確保交通運輸領域碳排放增長保持在合理區(qū)間。
