康養田園綜合體高質量發展影響因素的分析研究

摘要 康養田園綜合體是康養產業與田園綜合體融合的新型業態模式。該模式適用于具有豐富生態資源和傳統養生文化的廣西少數民族地區，對當地社會經濟發展具有重要推動作用。選取廣西恭城平安康養小鎮為研究對象，采用扎根理論研究方法，探究康養田園綜合體發展影響因素。結果顯示，影響項目發展影響因素依次為項目質量、內部動能、外部動能3個維度。對平安康養小鎮未來建設提出發展建議：一是發揮品牌效應，提升市場競爭力；二是優化內部動能，形成發展支撐力；三是引入外部力量，形成產業源動力。

Analysis and Research on the Factors Influencing the Development of Recreation-type Field Complex—Taking Guangxi Gongcheng Pingan Recreation Town as an Example

Abstract Recreation-type field and garden complex is a new business model integrating recreation industry and field and garden complex. This model is applicable to the minority areas of Guangxi with rich ecological resources and traditional health culture， and has an important role in promoting local social and economic development. In this paper， we select the Pingan recreation town in Gongcheng， Guangxi as the research object and adopt the rooted theory research method to explore the factors influencing the development of recreation-type field and garden complex. The research results are realistic， and the factors influencing the development of the project are in order： project quality， internal dynamics， and external dynamics in three dimensions. The development suggestions for the future construction of Ping’an recreation town are： firstly， to give play to the brand effect and enhance the market competitiveness;secondly， to optimize the internal dynamics and form the development support force;thirdly， to introduce the external force and form the industrial source power.
