摘要 發(fā)展農(nóng)村電商是鄉(xiāng)村產(chǎn)業(yè)振興的必由之路。采用實(shí)地調(diào)研法與文獻(xiàn)調(diào)查法,分析自貢市農(nóng)村電商的發(fā)展存在的問題,探討自貢鄉(xiāng)村振興背景下農(nóng)村電商發(fā)展路徑,給出政府主導(dǎo),農(nóng)產(chǎn)品特色產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展、電商人才培養(yǎng)、電商平臺(tái)建設(shè)、電商基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施建設(shè)等方面對(duì)策建議,進(jìn)一步促進(jìn)當(dāng)?shù)剞r(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展、農(nóng)民增收、農(nóng)村繁榮,助力鄉(xiāng)村振興。

Exploring the Path to Break the Bottlenecks of Rural E-commerce Development Under the Background of Rural Revitalization—Taking Zigong City, Sichuan Province as an Example

Abstract The only way to revitalize rural industries is developing rural e-commerce. The problems existing in the development of rural e-commerce in Zigong City from Sichuan Province were obtained based on the field investigation and literature survey, and the possible development paths of rural e-commerce in the context of rural revitalization were provided, such as government leadership, characteristic development of agricultural product industry, e-commerce talent cultivation, e-commerce platform construction, e-commerce infrastructure construction, etc. They would further promote local agricultural development, increase farmers’ income, and rural prosperity, and assist in rural revitalization.

農(nóng)村電商是指基于農(nóng)村生產(chǎn)模式、產(chǎn)品以及農(nóng)民的農(nóng)村實(shí)體產(chǎn)業(yè)與電商經(jīng)濟(jì)的融合形式[1]。農(nóng)村電商生態(tài)要素的加速整合,成為帶動(dòng)農(nóng)村產(chǎn)業(yè)融合和經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)發(fā)展的新型發(fā)展模式,是推動(dòng)鄉(xiāng)村振興取得新進(jìn)展、農(nóng)業(yè)農(nóng)村現(xiàn)代化邁出新步伐的巨大引擎[2-3]。近年來,自貢市委市政府充分發(fā)揮電子商務(wù)在促進(jìn)新舊動(dòng)能轉(zhuǎn)換、加快縣域商業(yè)體系建設(shè)等方面的積極作用,通過強(qiáng)化要素保障、協(xié)同發(fā)展快遞物流、強(qiáng)化電商基地建設(shè)、大力發(fā)展電商平臺(tái)經(jīng)濟(jì)、培育壯大人才隊(duì)伍、舉辦資源對(duì)接會(huì)、規(guī)范市場(chǎng)秩序等舉措,自貢農(nóng)村電商得到了快速發(fā)展,對(duì)農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展、農(nóng)民增收、農(nóng)村繁榮都起到了積極的推動(dòng)作用,對(duì)推動(dòng)農(nóng)村地區(qū)供給側(cè)改革、助推完成扶貧攻堅(jiān)、賦能產(chǎn)業(yè)數(shù)字化轉(zhuǎn)型、助力鄉(xiāng)村振興等發(fā)揮了重要作用[4]。……
