北京傳統(tǒng)鄉(xiāng)村文化傳承的現(xiàn)實困境與重構(gòu)路徑

摘要 界定了傳統(tǒng)鄉(xiāng)村文化傳承的內(nèi)涵，詮釋了文化傳承的意義。總結(jié)了近年來北京農(nóng)村地區(qū)在傳承農(nóng)耕文化、加強傳統(tǒng)村落保護(hù)、利用優(yōu)秀傳統(tǒng)文化理念治理村莊、推進(jìn)文化產(chǎn)業(yè)開發(fā)方面的積極實踐。分析了北京傳統(tǒng)鄉(xiāng)村文化傳承面臨的困境，主要表現(xiàn)為：傳統(tǒng)村落日漸衰落與消亡，農(nóng)民對于傳統(tǒng)鄉(xiāng)村文化價值認(rèn)知匱乏，產(chǎn)業(yè)化開發(fā)對傳統(tǒng)鄉(xiāng)村文化產(chǎn)生消解與損耗，文化傳承創(chuàng)新力不足。提出了重構(gòu)傳統(tǒng)鄉(xiāng)村文化傳承的路徑：注重村莊空間保護(hù)，保留鄉(xiāng)村原生性；提高傳統(tǒng)文化認(rèn)知，重塑傳統(tǒng)鄉(xiāng)村文化的價值；建立人才傳承機制，激發(fā)傳統(tǒng)鄉(xiāng)村文化傳承內(nèi)生動力；創(chuàng)新傳承理念，尋求開發(fā)與文化傳承平衡。

Realistic Dilemma and Reconstruction Path of Beijing Traditional Rural Culture Inheritance

Abstract Defined the connotation of traditional rural cultural inheritance and interpreted the significance of cultural inheritance.Summarized the positive practices of Beijing’s rural areas in recent years in inheriting agricultural culture， strengthening the protection of traditional villages， utilizing excellent traditional cultural concepts to govern villages， and promoting the development gl3zdhCk5EowPMUZDCv06/uqlSrxjQQMnHP8q8Wuklk=of cultural industries.Analyzed the difficulties faced by the inheritance of traditional rural culture in Beijing， mainly manifested as the gradual decline and disappearance of traditional village sunset， lack of awareness of traditional rural cultural values among farmers， the dissolution and loss of traditional rural culture caused by industrial development， and insufficient innovation in cultural inheritance.Proposed a path to reconstruct the inheritance of traditional rural culture：pay attention to the protection of village space and preserve the original nature of the countryside;enhance traditional cultural awareness and reshape the value of traditional rural culture;establish a talent inheritance mechanism to stimulate the endogenous driving force of traditional rural cultural inheritance;innovate the concept of inheritance and seek a balance between development and cultural inheritance.

2018 年《關(guān)于實施鄉(xiāng)村振興戰(zhàn)略的意見》中強調(diào)，要“傳承發(fā)展提升農(nóng)村優(yōu)秀傳統(tǒng)文化”［1］。2021年，北京市政府發(fā)布的《北京市“十四五”時期鄉(xiāng)村振興戰(zhàn)略實施規(guī)劃》（以下稱《規(guī)劃》）中提出立足京郊鄉(xiāng)村文明，在保護(hù)傳承的基礎(chǔ)上，實現(xiàn)對中華優(yōu)秀傳統(tǒng)文化的創(chuàng)造性轉(zhuǎn)化、創(chuàng)新性發(fā)展。在現(xiàn)代化進(jìn)程不斷推進(jìn)、城鎮(zhèn)化日益深化的當(dāng)下，北京鄉(xiāng)村空間不斷被擠壓，人口迅速流入城區(qū)，鄉(xiāng)村空間原生風(fēng)貌消失、鄉(xiāng)村社會道德秩序失衡等諸多問題一一凸顯，傳統(tǒng)鄉(xiāng)村文化傳承亟待加強。……
