











摘要 為有效利用肉雞舍內多余熱能,降低肉雞養殖臭氣污染,設計了一款熱能循環利用系統。該系統采用空氣能機理和電催化脫氨工藝設計,并于東北地區評價了該系統在肉雞舍的熱回收和除臭效果。試驗舍采用2套相同的熱能循環利用系統通風,對照舍采用常規負壓風機通風。試驗結果表明:與對照舍相比,熱能循環利用系統可使新風平均溫度提高2.19 ℃;NH3、CO2平均濃度分別顯著下降0.91和272 mg/m3(P<0.05),NH3去除率達55.96%;熱回收效率達64.00%。該系統可有效提高肉雞養殖舍內溫度,降低舍內NH3和CO2濃度;熱回收和除臭效率較高,具有良好的節能減排效果。

Design and Application of Heat Energy Recycling System in Broiler House

Abstract In order to effectively utilize the excess heat energy in the broiler house and solve the problem of odor pollution in broiler breeding,a heat energy recycling system was designed. The system was designed by air energy mechanism and electrocatalytic deammoniation process,and the heat recovery and deodorization effect of the system in the broiler chicken house were evaluated in Northeast China. Two sets of the same heat energy recycling system were used for ventilation in the experimental room,while negative pressure fan was used for ventilation in the control room. The results showed that the heat energy recycling system could increase the average temperature of fresh air by 2.19℃ compared with the control house. The average concentrations of NH3 and CO2 decreased significantly by 0.91 and 272 mg/m3,respectively (P<0.05),the removal rate of NH3 reached 55.96%;and the heat recovery efficiency reached 64.00%.In conclusion,the system can effectively improve the temperature in the broiler breeding house,but reduce the concentration of NH3 and CO2 in the house;it has high efficiency of heat recovery and deodorization,and also has good effect of energy saving and emission reduction.
