激光坐浴對混合痔外剝內(nèi)扎術(shù)后傷口愈合的療效觀察

【摘要】 目的：探究混合痔外剝內(nèi)扎術(shù)后患者使用激光坐浴對傷口愈合的效果。方法：選取陽江市人民醫(yī)院2020年5月1日—2022年12月31日收治的316例混合痔患者為研究對象，根據(jù)治療方法分為對照組和觀察組。對照組（n=158）患者術(shù)后采用中藥坐浴，觀察組（n=158）患者術(shù)后采用激光坐浴。觀察兩組治療效果、疼痛評分、水腫評分、傷口出血時間及傷口愈合時間。結(jié)果：對照組總有效率為79.75%，觀察組總有效率為94.94%，兩組比較，差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（Plt;0.05）。治療后，觀察組的疼痛評分顯著低于對照組，且評分變化幅度較對照組更明顯（Plt;0.05）。治療后，觀察組水腫評分較對照組更低（Plt;0.05）。觀察組傷口出血時間與愈合時間較對照組均更短（Plt;0.05）。結(jié)論：激光坐浴應(yīng)用于混合痔外剝內(nèi)扎術(shù)后，能提高治療效果，有效降低患者的疼痛評分及水腫評分，還能縮短患者的傷口出血時間與愈合時間。

[Abstract] Objective： To explore the effect of laser sitz bath on wound healing in patients with mixed hemorrhoid after external stripping and internal ligation. Method： A total of 316 patients with mixed hemorrhoid treated in People's Hospital of Yangjiang from May 1st， 2020 to December 31st， 2022 were selected as the study objects， and were divided into control group and observation group according to treatment method. Patients in control group （n=158） were treated with traditional Chinese medicine sitz bath after operation， and patients in observation group （n=158） were treated with laser sitz bath after operation. The curative effect， pain score， edema score， wound bleeding time and wound healing time of the two groups were observed. Result： The total effective rate was 79.75% in the control group and 94.94% in the observation group， the difference between the two groups was statistically significant （Plt;0.05）. After treatment， the pain score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group， and the score change range was more obvious than that of the control group （Plt;0.05）. After treatment， the edema score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group （Plt;0.05）. The time of wound bleeding and healing in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group （Plt;0.05）. Conclusion： Laser sitz bath applied to mixed hemorrhoid after external stripping and internal ligation can improve the curative effect， effectively reduce the pain score and edema score of patients， and shorten the wound bleeding time and healing time of patients.

混合痔是現(xiàn)代社會中常見的一種病癥，發(fā)病率較高，發(fā)病機(jī)制尚不清晰，但普遍認(rèn)為與不良的生活作息有關(guān)，臨床癥狀有便血、疼痛等，一般使用藥物涂抹進(jìn)行治療，但痔瘡過大時將采取手術(shù)治療[1]。針對Ⅱ、Ⅲ度混合痔，外剝內(nèi)扎術(shù)是經(jīng)典的手術(shù)方式，但術(shù)后傷口無法很好地進(jìn)行藥物覆蓋，導(dǎo)致傷口暴露時間過長，再加上糞便污染等因素的影響，傷口不容易恢復(fù)，在很長一段時間內(nèi)仍會出現(xiàn)出血、水腫等現(xiàn)象，對患者的日常生活產(chǎn)生嚴(yán)重影響[2]。痔手術(shù)后常規(guī)的處理是普通盆式坐浴，外加紅外線照射和馬應(yīng)龍麝香痔瘡膏，但仍有很多患者出現(xiàn)術(shù)后傷口不適甚至延遲愈合[3]。……
