代謝組學研究中醫治療慢性腎臟病的效果

【摘要】 慢性腎臟病（CKD）是當前發病率較高的一種慢性疾病，其實際上是大部分腎臟疾病的總稱，如高血壓腎病，腎病綜合征，痛風腎，腎小球腎炎等，對當代居民身體健康帶來嚴重威脅，由于該病具有較高的致殘率及患病率，而且對于治療要求相對嚴格，一旦發生，無論是對患者及其家庭還是整個社會均會帶來較大的經濟負擔，所以對CKD的發病機制及發展歷程進行研究具有重要意義。當前研究已經找到諸多影響慢性腎病發生的因素，可認為是機體中各種代謝物的定量或者定性改變。隨著對腎臟疾病研究的逐步深入，當前也開始從轉錄組學及基因組學的研究，逐漸開始向蛋白質組學和代謝組學方向發展，此外對于上述研究方向的交叉應用也在逐漸展開。在研究過程中采用代謝組學技術，既能夠降低對活體組織器官的損傷，而且在研究時能夠保證其所處環境與條件與實際生育條件較為靠近，目前在中醫學研究中也逐漸開始應用代謝組學技術，為中醫的發展提供了極大幫助。本文主要是對在中醫腎臟病證候動物模型，中藥藥效評價及臨床分析研究中代謝組學技術的應用價值加以綜述，希望能夠為后續實現中醫腎病治療的現代化發展及臨床應用提供一定參考。

[Abstract] Chronic kidney disease （CKD） is a kind of chronic disease with a high incidence at present， which is actually the general term of most kidney diseases， such as hypertensive renal disease， nephrotic syndrome， gout kidney， glomerulonephritis， and so on， which poses a serious threat to the health of contemporary residents. Due to the high disability rate and prevalence of the disease， and the relatively strict treatment requirements， once it occurs， it will bring a large economic burden to patients， their families and the whole society， so it is of great significance to study the pathogenesis and development of CKD. Current studies have found many factors affecting the occurrence of chronic kidney disease， which can be considered as quantitative or qualitative changes in various metabolites in the body. With the gradual deepening of the research on kidney diseases， the research on transcriptomics and genomics has gradually begun to develop to the direction of proteomics and metabolomics， and the cross-application of the above research directions is also gradually unfolding.The use of metabolomics technology in the research process can not only reduce the damage to living tissues and organs， but also ensure that the environment and conditions in the research are close to the actual fertility conditions. At present， metabolomics technology is gradually applied in the research of traditional Chinese medicine， which provides great help for the development of traditional Chinese medicine. This article mainly reviews the application value of metabolomics technology in the animal model of TCM kidney disease syndrome， the evaluation of TCM drug efficacy and the clinical analysis， hoping to provide some reference for the subsequent realization of the modernization of TCM kidney disease treatment and clinical application.
