針刺結(jié)合牽正散治療面癱的效果觀察

【摘要】 目的：觀察針刺結(jié)合牽正散治療面癱的效果，為臨床制訂治療方案提供參考。方法：選取宜興市第五人民醫(yī)院2020年1月—2022年11月收治的80例面癱患者，根據(jù)不同療法分成針刺組與結(jié)合組，每組40例。針刺組單純采用針刺治療，結(jié)合組采用針刺結(jié)合牽正散治療。比較兩組中醫(yī)癥候積分、面神經(jīng)功能（Burres-Fisch面神經(jīng)評分）、面部殘疾指數(shù)[軀體功能（FDIP）、社會生活功能（FDIS）評分]、總體療效。結(jié)果：兩組治療后的中醫(yī)癥候積分均較本組治療前降低（Plt;0.05）；結(jié)合組治療后的中醫(yī)癥候積分低于針刺組（Plt;0.05）。兩組治療后的Burres-Fisch面神經(jīng)評分均較本組治療前升高（Plt;0.05）；結(jié)合組治療后的Burres-Fisch面神經(jīng)評分高于針刺組（Plt;0.05）。兩組治療后FDIP評分均較本組治療前升高，F(xiàn)DIS評分均較本組治療前降低（Plt;0.05）；結(jié)合組治療后的FDIP評分高于針刺組，F(xiàn)DIS評分低于針刺組（Plt;0.05）。結(jié)合組的總有效率高于針刺組（Plt;0.05）。結(jié)論：針刺結(jié)合牽正散治療面癱的效果較好，能夠減輕患者癥狀，改善面神經(jīng)功能，且能降低面部殘疾指數(shù)。

Observation on the Effect of Acupuncture Combined with Qianzheng Powder in the Treatment of Facial Paralysis/SHI Hai. //Medical Innovation of China， 2023， 20（31）： 0-089

[Abstract] Objective： To observe the effect of acupuncture combined with Qianzheng Powder in the treatment of facial paralysis， and provide reference for the clinical formulation of treatment plan. Method： A total of 80 patients with facial paralysis admitted to the Fifth People's Hospital of Yixing from January 2020 to November 2022 were selected and divided into acupuncture group and combination group according to different therapies， with 40 cases in each group. The acupuncture group was treated with acupuncture alone， and the combination group was treated with acupuncture combined with Qianzheng Powder. TCM syndrome scores， facial nerve function （Burres-Fisch facial nerve score）， facial disability index [physical function （FDIP） and social function （FDIS） scores] and overall efficacy were compared between the two groups. Result： The scores of TCM symptom in both groups after treatment were lower than those before treatment （Plt;0.05）. After treatment， the score of TCM syndrome in combination group was lower than that in acupuncture group （Plt;0.05）. The Burres-Fisch facial nerve scores in both groups after treatment were higher than those before treatment （Plt;0.05）. After treatment， the Burres-Fisch facial nerve score in combination group was higher than that in acupuncture group （Plt;0.05）. After treatment， FDIP scores in both groups were higher than those before treatment， and FDIS scores in both groups were lower than those before treatment （Plt;0.05）. After treatment， FDIP score of combination group was higher than that of acupuncture group， FDIS score was lower than that of acupuncture group （Plt;0.05）. The total effective rate of combination group was higher than that of acupuncture group （Plt;0.05）. Conclusion： Acupuncture combined with Qianzheng Powder has a good effect in the treatment of facial paralysis， which can reduce the symptoms of patients， improve the facial nerve function， and reduce the facial disability index.

面癱為臨床多發(fā)病，因各種因素造成面部神經(jīng)麻痹所致，神經(jīng)血管痙攣是常見的發(fā)病原因[1]。統(tǒng)計數(shù)據(jù)顯示，我國每年的面癱發(fā)生率為（20～45）/10萬人，且有逐漸升高的趨勢[2]。面癱可導(dǎo)致額肌、上唇方肌、眼輪匝肌、口輪匝肌等部位的功能障礙，繼而出現(xiàn)眼瞼無法閉合、嘴歪眼斜等癥狀[3]。臨床上根據(jù)面神經(jīng)損傷部位的差異，將面癱分為中樞性面癱與周圍性面癱兩類，以周圍性面癱更為多見，而中樞性面癱的治療難度通常更大，預(yù)后更差。……
