



【摘要】 目的:探討分析經皮椎間孔內窺鏡脊柱系統(TESSYS)技術治療腰椎間盤突出癥的效果。方法:選擇宜春歐陽骨科醫院2017年1月—2021年9月收治的160例腰椎間盤突出癥患者,采用隨機數字表法分為參考組(n=80)與試驗組(n=80)。參考組采用小切口椎板開窗術治療,試驗組采用TESSYS技術治療。對比兩組優良率、炎癥因子指標、疼痛評分、骨代謝水平及并發癥發生率。結果:兩組優良率比較,試驗組高于參考組(Plt;0.05)。兩組術前炎癥因子水平、視覺模擬評分法(VAS)評分比較,差異均無統計學意義(Pgt;0.05);兩組術后炎癥因子水平、VAS評分較術前均降低,且試驗組較參考組均更低(Plt;0.05)。兩組手術前后的骨代謝水平比較,差異均無統計學意義(Pgt;0.05)。兩組并發癥發生率比較,差異無統計學意義(Pgt;0.05)。結論:TESSYS技術治療腰椎間盤突出癥效果較好,能夠緩解疼痛,減輕炎癥反應,且安全性高。

[Abstract] Objective: To investigate the effect of transforaminal endoscopic spine system (TESSYS) technology in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation. Method: A total of 160 patients with lumbar disc herniation admitted to Yichun Ouyang Orthopaedic Hospital from January 2017 to September 2021 were selected and divided into reference group (n=80) and experimental group (n=80) according to random number table method. The reference group was treated with small incision fenestration of laminae, and the experimental group was treated with TESSYS technology. The excellent and good rate, inflammatory factor index, pain score, bone metabolism level and complication rate were compared between the two groups. Result: The excellent and good rate of experimental group was higher than that of reference group (Plt;0.05). There were no significant differences in the levels of inflammatory factors and visual analogue scale (VAS) scores between the two groups before operation (Pgt;0.05). After operation, the levels of inflammatory factors and VAS scores in both groups were lower than those before operation, and those in the experimental group were lower than those in the reference group (Plt;0.05). There were no significant differences in bone metabolism levels between the two groups before and after operation (Pgt;0.05). There was no significant difference in the incidence of complications between the two groups (Pgt;0.05). Conclusion: TESSYS technology is effective in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation, which can relieve pain, reduce inflammatory reaction, and high safety.

腰椎間盤突出癥(LDH)是由創傷或長時間的過度疲勞造成椎間盤、脊髓神經根損傷而引起的一種骨科常見病,其主要癥狀為腰痛、下肢放射痛等,嚴重者還會出現不同程度的功能障礙[1-2],對患者的生存造成很大的影響。目前,對于LDH的治療以西藥為主,但由于病情反復和西藥的毒副作用,影響患者的預后。近年來,微創技術的快速發展,使脊柱內窺鏡技術逐漸被臨床采用,其臨床療效得到了醫生和患者的肯定。由于科技、醫學儀器的不斷改進,越來越多的微創脊柱手術方法被用于治療LDH。……
