桂枝茯苓湯加減聯合針灸對宮腔殘留患者宮內組織殘留物的清除效果

【摘要】 目的：探討桂枝茯苓湯加減聯合針灸對宮腔殘留患者宮內組織殘留物的清除效果。方法：選取2021年3月—2022年3月吉安市婦幼保健院收治的100例宮腔殘留患者，按隨機數字表法將其分為研究組和對照組，各50例。對照組給予桂枝茯苓湯加減治療，研究組給予桂枝茯苓湯加減聯合針灸治療。對比兩組治療效果、流血情況和宮內組織殘留物清除率；對比兩組治療前后炎癥因子水平、激素水平以及不良反應發生率。結果：研究組治療總有效率為94.00%，高于對照組的78.00%（Plt;0.05）。研究組陰道流血停止占比為98.00%、宮內組織殘留物清除率為92.00%，均高于對照組的86.00%、74.00%（Plt;0.05）。兩組治療后白介素-6（IL-6）、超敏C反應蛋白（hs-CRP）、腫瘤壞死因子-α（TNF-α）水平均低于治療前，且研究組均低于對照組（Plt;0.05）。兩組治療后孕酮、人絨毛膜促性腺激素（β-hCG）水平均低于治療前，且研究組均低于對照組，兩組治療后雌二醇水平均高于治療前，研究組高于對照組（Plt;0.05）。研究組不良反應發生率為16.00%，與對照組的18.00%比較，差異均無統計學意義（Pgt;0.05）。結論：桂枝茯苓湯加減聯合針灸能有效清除宮腔殘留患者宮內組織殘留物，改善患者炎癥因子、激素水平，不會增加不良反應發生率，安全性較高。

Effect of Modified Guizhi Fuling Decoction Combined with Acupuncture on the Removal of Intrauterine Tissue Residues in Patients with Uterine Cavity Remains/CHEN Ling， QIU Yu， CHEN Xia. //Medical Innovation of China， 2023， 20（31）： 0-023

[Abstract] Objective： To investigate the effect of modified Guizhi Fuling Decoction combined with acupuncture on the removal of intrauterine tissue residues in patients with uterine cavity remains. Method： A total of 100 patients with uterine cavity remains admitted to Ji’an Maternal and Child Health Hospital from March 2021 to March 2022 were selected and divided into study group and control group according to random number table method， with 50 cases in each group. The control group was given the treatment of modified Guizhi Fuling Decoction， and the study group was given the treatment of modified Guizhi Fuling Decoction combined with acupuncture. The treatment effect， bleeding and the clearance rate of intrauterine tissue residues were compared between the two groups. The levels of inflammatory factors， hormones before and after treatment and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Result： The total effective rate of the study group was 94.00%， which was higher than 78.00% of the control group （Plt;0.05）. The stopping rate of vaginal bleeding was 98.00% and the clearance rate of intrauterine tissue residue was 92.00% in the study group， both higher than 86.00% and 74.00% in the control group （Plt;0.05）. After treatment， the levels of interleukin-6 （IL-6）， hypersensitive C reactive protein （hs-CRP） and tumor necrosis factor-α （TNF-α） in two groups were lower than those before treatment， and those in the study group were lower than those in the control group （Plt;0.05）. The levels of progesterone and human chorionic gonadotropin （β-hCG） in two groups after treatment were lower than those before treatment， and those in the study group were lower than those in the control group， and estradiol levels in two groups after treatment were higher than those before treatment， and that in the study group was higher than that in the control group （Plt;0.05）. The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was 16.00%， compared with 18.00% in the control group， there was no statistical significance （Pgt;0.05）. Conclusion： Modified Guizhi Fuling Decoction combined with acupuncture can effectively remove the intrauterine tissue residues in patients with uterine cavity remains， improve the levels of inflammatory factors and hormones， and do not increase the incidence of adverse reactions， with high safety.
