守正創(chuàng)新：新時(shí)期設(shè)計(jì)學(xué)人才培養(yǎng)策略研究

摘要：目前，我國(guó)的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略以強(qiáng)國(guó)為主線，對(duì)專業(yè)人才的需求發(fā)生了相對(duì)應(yīng)的轉(zhuǎn)變，高校設(shè)計(jì)學(xué)對(duì)人才培養(yǎng)策略亟需革新。本文以設(shè)計(jì)學(xué)多維度融合的學(xué)科特質(zhì)作為切入點(diǎn)，依據(jù)國(guó)家提出的“守正創(chuàng)新”的人才培養(yǎng)思路，本文對(duì)相應(yīng)的教育教學(xué)改革發(fā)展策略進(jìn)行了研究梳理。對(duì)以下三個(gè)方面進(jìn)行了集中討論：首先從國(guó)家“供給側(cè)改革”理念對(duì)人才培養(yǎng)新要求入手，結(jié)合“四新”理念分析了設(shè)計(jì)學(xué)人才培養(yǎng)的新變化。其次從恪守立德樹人的根本任務(wù)入手，梳理了課程思政在設(shè)計(jì)學(xué)人才培養(yǎng)過程中的融合模式。最終以提高人才培養(yǎng)質(zhì)量為核心目標(biāo)，從樹立文化自信、數(shù)據(jù)增效改良、實(shí)踐培優(yōu)增強(qiáng)核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力等方面對(duì)當(dāng)下的人才的培養(yǎng)變革模式進(jìn)行了分析和梳理，以期為新時(shí)期設(shè)計(jì)學(xué)人才培養(yǎng)路徑進(jìn)行一定的探索。

Abstract： At present， our country's development strategy focuses on strengthening the country， and the demand for professional talents has undergone a corresponding change. The university design school urgently needs to innovate the talent training strategy. This paper takes the multi-dimensional integration of design science as the starting point， and according to the talent training idea of "keeping integrity and innovation" proposed by the state， it researches and sorts out the corresponding education and teaching reform and development strategies. Focused on the following three aspects： firstly， starting from the new requirements for talent training under the concept of "supply-side reform" in the country， and combined with the concept of "four news" to analyze the new changes in the training of design talents. Secondly， starting from the fundamental task of abiding by morality and cultivating people， it sorts out the integration mode of curriculum ideology and politics in the training of design talents. In the end， with the core goal of improving the quality of talent training， this paper analyzes and sorts out the current talent training and reform model from the aspects of establishing cultural confidence， improving data efficiency and improving core competitiveness， in order to explore the cultivation path of design talents in the new.

近年來，為保持和加快我國(guó)綜合國(guó)力的發(fā)展速率，國(guó)務(wù)院、教育部出臺(tái)了多項(xiàng)文件，對(duì)高校人才培養(yǎng)提出了全新的要求和指示。早在國(guó)務(wù)院2015年第28號(hào)文《中國(guó)制造2025》中明確指示：“堅(jiān)持把人才作為建設(shè)制造強(qiáng)國(guó)的根本，建立健全科學(xué)合理的選人、用人、育人機(jī)制，加快培養(yǎng)制造業(yè)發(fā)展急需的專業(yè)技術(shù)人才、經(jīng)營(yíng)管理人才、技能人才”［1］，即人才的“專與精”，該文更是被教育界視為我國(guó)實(shí)施制造強(qiáng)國(guó)戰(zhàn)略的第一個(gè)行動(dòng)綱領(lǐng)。2021年3月，國(guó)務(wù)院《中華人民共和國(guó)國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)和……
