





摘要 本研究從鐵皮石斛、兜唇石斛和報春石斛等23種石斛屬植物的健康根系中分離純化菌根真菌菌株68株,通過接種鐵皮石斛盆栽幼苗進行共生培養(yǎng),篩選出促生效果顯著的真菌11株。結果表明,促生菌根真菌能明顯提高鐵皮石斛幼苗的成活率和生長率,顯著提高鐵皮石斛的葉綠素含量,降低丙二醛和過氧化物酶含量,提高鐵皮石斛的抗逆性,對鐵皮石斛的生長起到促進作用。

Promoting effect of mycorrhizal fungi on Dendrobium officinale seedlings

Abstract The 68 strains of mycorrhizal fungi were isolated and purified from the healthy roots of 23 species of Genus Dendrobium, including Dendrobium officinale, Dendrobium aphyllum, Dendrobium primulinum, and 11 strains of fungi with prominent promoting effects were screened by symbiotic culture with Dendrobium officinale seedlings. The results showed that mycorrhizal fungi could significantly increase the survival rate and growth rate of Dendrobium officinale seedlings, significantly increase the chlorophyll content of Dendrobium officinale, reduce the malondialdehyde and peroxidase content, improve the stress resistance of Dendrobium officinale, and promote the growth of Dendrobium officinale.

鐵皮石斛(Dendrobium officinale Kimura et Migo)為多年生附生蘭,是一種珍貴的藥食同源植物,富含石斛堿、多糖和苯丙素等對人體有益的物質(zhì)[1]。屬于二級保護植物,具有較大的藥用價值。其種子細小無胚乳,自然條件下需要與真菌共生才能完成其生活史[2]。近年來,隨著鐵皮石斛組培和栽培技術的發(fā)展,鐵皮石斛產(chǎn)業(yè)規(guī)模迅速擴大,現(xiàn)有的鐵皮石斛以大棚集約化栽培為主,栽培設施投入大,成本較高,產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量尚待提高。本試驗通過從自然生長的健康石斛根系上分離篩選出對鐵皮石斛有促生作用的菌根真菌,并測定相關生理生化指標,探索其促生的作用機制,為鐵皮石斛專用生物菌肥的開發(fā)提供菌株材料和理論參考,降低鐵皮石斛栽培種植成本,提高種苗移栽成活率,提升品質(zhì),減少化肥農(nóng)藥的施用,為鐵皮石斛的有機栽培提供技術支撐。
