不同移栽期對烤煙翠碧一號生長發育及品質的影響

摘要 為確定翠碧一號的最佳移栽時間，為卷煙工業提供更加優質的原料，開展了不同移栽期對翠碧一號生長發育及烤煙品質的影響研究。結果表明，1月10日（T1）、1月17日（T2）和1月24日（T3）3個移栽期相比，1月17日移栽最好，即在有效避開低溫的前提下，應盡早移栽。該研究結果為翠碧一號高質量栽培提供了參考。

Abstract To determine the best transplanting time of CB-1， and provide better quality raw materials for the cigarette industry， the effects of different transplanting periods on the growth and development of CB-1 and the quality of flue-cured tobacco were carried out. The results showed that T2 （transplanting on January 17） was better than T1 （transplanting on January 10） and T3 （transplanting on January 24） in the three treatments. Under the premise of avoiding low temperature effectively， transplant as early as possible. This study provided a reference for the high quality cultivation of CB-1.

煙草是對環境較為敏感的經濟作物之一，生態條件對煙草的生長發育及其烤煙品質的影響較大[1]。選擇適宜的移栽期是優質煙葉生產的關鍵之一[2-3]，是影響煙葉品質和風格形成的重要因素之一[4]。福建三明地處中亞熱帶，是特色優質煙葉產區之一。翠碧一號是全國農產品地理標志產品，因其清香特征明顯、煙葉配伍性強等優點[5-6]，深受卷煙工業企業的喜愛[7]。目前，翠碧一號在栽培、烘烤方面的技術水平得到較大提升[8]，但外觀質量表現出不同程度的含青、掛灰和光滑。近年來，翠碧一號在采烤期間常遭受連續陰雨天氣，給煙葉生產帶來較大的不利影響。研究表明，通過調節移栽期使煙葉各生長期在適宜氣候條件下，有利于提高煙葉產質量[9]。為提高初烤煙外觀質量，給卷煙工業企業提供更加優質的原料，本試驗探究了不同移栽期下煙株的生育期、落黃速度、抗逆性、煙葉成熟狀況和煙葉產質量等，為產區確定適宜的移栽時間提供參考。

1 材料與方法
