健康中國視角下大學校園外賣食品消費情況及大學生食品安全認知調查研究

摘 ?要：校園外賣食品作為一種新興的餐飲模式，在給大學生生活帶來便利的同時也衍生出了食品安全的問題。該文以武威職業學院在校大學生為調查對象，對校園外賣食品消費及食品安全認知進行調查，分析目前校園外賣食品存在的問題，提出解決校園外賣食品安全問題的建議。這不僅可以為高校開展食品安全宣傳教育提供更多的科學依據，也可以為完善我國食品安全監管提供一些實踐參考。

A survey on the Consumption of Takeaway Food on College Campuses and Food Safety Cognition of College Students from the Perspective of Healthy China

Abstract： As an emerging catering model， campus take-out food brings convenience to the life of college students， but also brings out the problem of food safety. This paper takes college students in Wuwei Vocational College as the survey object， investigates the consumption of campus take-out food and food safety cognition， analyzes the current problems of campus take-out food， and puts forward suggestions to solve the problem of campus take-out food safety. Safety publicity and education provide more scientific basis， and can also provide some practical reference for improving my country's food safety supervision.

互聯網+時代的到來，高校大學生成為外賣食品消費的主力軍。外賣食品在給大學生提供多元化服務的同時，也給校園食品安全帶來了極大的威脅。大學生作為國家的希望和未來，是國家最寶貴的人力資源，其健康問題更應該引起關注。同時大學生文化程度高，思想活躍，天然就具有新型傳媒環境下內容生成和推廣的能力，是主要的信息傳播者和食品安全理念的宣傳者，其正確的食品安全認知將直接關系“健康中國”的建設大局。

該調查以“健康中國”為視角，立足高校，通過網上問卷調查法、訪談法和文獻研究法的方式，調查大學生校園外賣食品的消費情況和食品安全認知現狀，提出解決校園外賣食品安全問題的建議，以期為高校開展食品安全宣傳教育提供更多的科學依據，也為完善我國食品安全監管提供一些實踐參考，更有助于“健康中國”建設大局。……
